Sources tell TMZ, Kylie has inked a deal to buy this 4,900 square foot house in The Oaks, an exclusive gated community in Calabasas.
The house -- which is a block from Kourtney and Khloe -- has a sick home theater, a pool, 5 bedrooms, an awesome kitchen, and on and on.
Kylie has made a lot of money on KUWTK. To give you an idea, we're told Scott Disick banks $4 million a season, so she's got the cash. We're told Kris Jenner is "helping her" with the purchase, but we're told it's Kylie loot.
It's a little weird that a girl who is about to turn 18 and is big on the party scene is settling for a suburban, family neighborhood, 24 miles from the action of Hollywood. Justin Bieber tried it and it didn't work out too well.

Allen was detained last week in Fort Myers after a 16-year-old girl called 911 to report seeing a man driving a black truck with the windows down and masturbating. An officer responded to the area, saw Allen in a black Ford pick-up, and arrested him.
But the State Attorney's Office announced today that further investigation revealed Allen's truck was NOT the one the girl reported seeing.
Also, Allen was having dinner at a Red Lobster at the exact time the girl called 911. Prosecutors confirmed this from the time stamp on his bill ... and a photo Allen took with an employee. Great time for some cheddar biscuits!
Prosecutors thanked Allen for his patience and for cooperating with investigators.

According to the Hudson County Sheriff's Office in New Jersey, Dollaz was picked up on 2 outstanding warrants. We're told one was for owing a little less than $12,000 in support -- and the other for a whopping $188,000.
Dollaz was popped on February 19 and remains in custody.
He also got arrested back in October for ... you guessed it ... failing to pay child support .

Leonard Nimoy was rushed to the hospital after severe chest pains prompted a 911 call ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources say the legendary "Star Trek" star was transported to UCLA Medical Center last Thursday.
We're told paramedics weren't taking chances with Commander Spock and got him in front of a doctor ASAP. Nimoy's been in and out of hospitals multiple times in the last few months.
Nimoy announced he was suffering from COPD back in 2014, and even though he quit smoking more than 30 years ago ... he blames his illness on decades of lighting up.
We've reached out to Nimoy's rep for comment ... but no word back yet.

Nick Gordon is refusing to talk to cops about the circumstances surrounding Bobbi Kristina ending up face down in a bathtub, and he's refusing to tell Bobby Brown as well.
Bobby Brown's lawyer, Chris Brown, says Gordon has refused to cooperate by coming clean with the events that led to the medical emergency and there's no reason to talk to him anymore about giving him a hospital visit.
Brown says, "It appears that Mr. Gordon did not want his understanding of the facts to be subject to the truthful examination of various experts or Bobby Brown himself."
Brown continues, "Mr. Gordon has every right to remain silent and not share his version of events with Bobby Brown," adding, "Mr. Gordon is not as desperate to visit Bobbi Kristina as he wants the world to believe."
TMZ broke the story ... Nick became the target of a criminal investigation after authorities noticed injuries to Bobbi Kristina's body when she was taken to the hospital.
