Venus Williams -- Cops Found My Stolen Car

Venus Williams was the recent victim of grand theft auto in Los Angeles ... TMZ has learned -- but lucky for Venus, the boys behind the badge got her car back.

Venus recently filed a report with law enforcement saying her white Fiat 500 had been stolen ... but it's unclear how long the car had been missing ... according to law enforcement sources.

Lucky for Venus ... cops initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle early Saturday morning on the 110 freeway ... and when they pulled it over in front of L.A. Live cops discovered the ride was hot.

Officers matched up the car with Venus' stolen Fiat ... and swiftly took the driver into custody.

Shortly after, Venus was informed her car had been recovered ... but no word on if she's picked it up yet.

David Cassidy -- Arrested for Drunk Driving ... AGAIN!

David Cassidy was arrested Friday night for driving drunk ... TMZ has learned.

David had just exited the 405 freeway in LA when cops say they saw him make an illegal right onto a surface street ... this according to law enforcement sources.

The cop approached the vehicle and says he smelled alcohol. He ordered David out of the car and administered a field sobriety test ... which David flunked.

To make matters worse, David blew .19 ... more than twice the legal limit.

Cassidy was hauled off to jail, booked for driving under the influence and released hours later.

If this sounds like the same old song ... it is. David was arrested last year in New York for DUI ... as well as once in Florida back in 2010.

This time he'll almost certainly get jail time.

Shia LaBeouf -- Latest Skywriting Stunt Cost $25,000

Shia LaBeouf's not pinching pennies now that he's retired -- TMZ has learned, his latest skywriting stunt (commissioning a fleet of planes to write "STOP CREATING" in giant letters above L.A.) cost him 25,000 smackaroos.

A rep for the skywriting company Skytypers tells us, they were contacted by Shia's people Friday morning ... shortly after Shia publicly announced his retirement from "public life" in the wake of his plagiarism scandal.

The rep says Skytypers dispatched 5 planes for the job, each flying wing-to-wing as they emitted puffs of smoke to spell out "STOP CREATING" above Angel City.

Fun fact: each message stretches 5 miles in the sky, but they're only legible for about 7 minutes ... so the message had to be re-puffed 18 times.

It wasn't Shia's first bitter sky message ... earlier this week Shia hired a bunch of planes to write out "I am sorry Daniel Clowes" ... referencing the graphic novel he plagiarized for his recent short film "HowardCantour.com."

'Game of Thrones' Star Emilia Clarke -- It's Gonna Get REALLY Bloody

The blood-soaked gorefest known as "Game of Thrones" is about to get even more gruesome ... one of the stars of the HBO fantasy series tells us the next season is going be dripping in plasma.

Pippi Longstocking -- Charged with Hit-and-Run and DUI After Crazy Arrest

Tami Erin -- the actress who played Pippi Longstocking -- has just been charged with 4 crimes in connection with her insane DUI arrest last year ... when she allegedly smashed into 3 cars before cops finally put her in cuffs.

TMZ broke the story ... Pippi was popped in L.A. for felony DUI and hit-and-run back in December. Cops claim she hit one car, drove off, hit another, drove off again, then finally hit a third ... and one person had to be taken to the hospital.

When cops finally found Tami, they gave her a field sobriety test and placed her under arrest. One source said she was completely out of it. Cops say she also refused to give a blood alcohol test.

Now the L.A. City Attorney has officially filed charges against the actress: 1 count of DUI with a refusal, 2 counts of hit-and-run, and 1 count of failure to provide proof of insurance.

If convicted on all counts, Tami faces a maximum of 1.5 years in jail.

'Girl Meets World' Kid -- I Make $8,000 a Week ... And I'm 6 Years Old

The youngest child on the new Disney sitcom "Girl Meets World" makes WAY more money than you ... $8,000 a week to be exact ... and he's only 6 years old.

According to the minor contract for August Maturo -- who plays the youngest son of Cory and Topanga on the show -- the child actor is set to earn $8,000 per episode (one a week) for the first season of the show.

If the show is approved for additional seasons, he's set to earn even more -- up to $9,261 per episode by Season 4. Pretty sweet.

It obviously pays to be one of the main characters ... we got the minor contract for another kid on the show (who plays the daughter's love interest) and he's only set to make about $4,800 an episode.

O.C. Choppers -- We're Making a Huge Bike ... FOR SHAQ!

The guys from O.C. Choppers are in the process of making one of their biggest bikes ever for Shaq ... and TMZ has learned it was customized for the big man with his NBA injuries in mind.

Shaq -- a huge bike fan -- asked for his ride to be taller and longer than normal to accommodate his arthritic hips ... and, of course, the shop obliged. We're told the completed bike will measure roughly 14 feet long (most are 10 ft.).

We're told ... since it's such a big project (due to the size of the bike) ... the guys are putting in a ton of extra work -- and it's all being caputured on tape for their new CMT show "Orange County Choppers."

Unclear how much the bike will run Shaq ... but we're guessing he can afford it.

Justin Bieber -- Accused of Vicious Egg Attack on Neighbor's House ... Cops Called

Justin Bieber launched an all out egg assault on his neighbor's home tonight -- and the L.A. County Sheriff was called to the scene while the eggs were still flying ... this according to the alleged victim.

TMZ spoke to the neighbor who says he heard something banging against his house in Calabasas around 7:30 PM Thursday, and when he stepped on to a 2nd floor balcony ... he says he saw down below Justin hurling eggs at his front door.

According to the neighbor ... Bieber started aiming for him once he stepped onto the balcony and yelled, "What the Hell are you doing?"

Justin and the neighbor -- who've had previous run-ins -- then got into a verbal dispute while JB allegedly continued tossing a few more eggs at the house ... before retreating back to his home.

The neighbor immediately called the Sheriff's Department -- and believes his house was bombed with no less than 20 eggs.

Law enforcement sources confirm deputies responded, and took an incident report from the neighbor.

Calls to Bieber's reps were not immediately returned.

After the convention, Ken tweeted that it was a "pleasure" working for 50 ... and said the rapper is, "By far one of the classiest gents I have ever worked with."

Shaquille O'Neal -- I Still Believe in Chris Christie

Longtime Chris Christie supporter Shaquille O'Neal is refusing to turn his back on the New Jersey Governor in the wake of Bridgegate -- telling TMZ, he still believes in Christie despite everything.

O'Neal -- who shot a campaign commercial for Christie last year -- called in to "TMZ Live" moments ago, explaining he believed Christie when Christie said he had NO involvement in the infamous George Washington Bridge closure that crippled Fort Lee in September.

As far as Shaq's concerned, Christie has lots of employees ... and it's very possible the Bridgegate emails -- which suggest the GWB closure was ordered as political retribution against Fort Lee's mayor -- were sent without Christie's knowledge.

As for Christie's shot at the Presidency, Shaq is urging voters to "get all the facts" before deciding to support another candidate.

Mae Young -- NOT DEAD ... But Gravely Ill

WWE Hall of Fame wrestler Mae Young died this morning in South Carolina ... after she was taken off life support for an undisclosed illness.

Young -- the only wrestler to compete in NINE DIFFERENT DECADES (her first match in 1939; her last in 2010) -- was hospitalized and placed on life support last month ... but ultimately passed away on Thursday.

The news was first reported by the Post and Courier .

Mae and fellow pioneer female wrestler The Fabolous Moolah returned to the WWE back in 1999 -- when they were both in their 70s -- and were involved in numerous iconic moments like being powerbombed through a table by the Dudley Boyz ... and the birth of "hand."

She was 90.

Insane Clown Posse Sues Federal Government -- Juggalos Aren't a Gang, We're a Family

The Insane Clown Posse is OUTRAGED the Federal Government has labeled their followers as a dangerous gang ... so now they've filed a lawsuit, demanding the Feds take back what they said.

ICP claims a 2011 FBI report -- which referred to Juggalos as a "loosely organized hybrid gang" -- wrongly characterizes their fans as violent lawbreakers ... and has led to unwarranted harassment of their fans by law enforcement.

In addition to ICP members Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope, several fans are also party to the suit, and they cite several examples during which they were allegedly subjected to such harassment.

One fan says he's been stopped multiple times by cops because of his ICP clothing. Another says he was forced to remove his Juggalo tattoos in order to enlist in the military.

ICP admits some of their fans have broken the law in the past, but they insist "it is wrong to designate the entire group of supporters as a criminal gang based on the acts of a few." During a news conference, Shaggy 2 Dope said, "We're not a gang. We're a family."

ICP says the FBI report violates their constitutional right to free speech as well as their right to associate with whoever they want. They want the Feds to stop with the gang talk once and for all.

Tyrese Gibson -- Shaken to the Core Over Surprise Paul Walker Tribute in Dubai -- 'Dude I Almost Had You'

Tyrese Gibson nearly broke down today in Dubai ... after coming across an unexpected Paul Walker tribute that left him speechless ... and he just posted the extremely emotional footage online.

Warning: it's a real tear jerker.

As we reported, Tyrese -- who starred alongside Walker in the "Fast & Furious" movies -- has taken the actor's death extremely hard. A day after Walker died, Tyrese burst into pained tears at the crash site and has spoken at length ever since about the impact Paul has had on his life.

Walker was killed November 30th when the Porsche he was riding in skidded off the road at high speed and crashed into a tree.
