A homeless man was arrested in New York for stalking and harassing Rihanna ... by delivering super creepy hand written notes to her home.

Kevin Mcglynn was allegedly caught on surveillance video 3 separate times this month ... delivering the notes calling her a bitch and threatening to bum rush her home.

The New York Daily News reports he also allegedly sent at least 4 letters to her California home.

On his 3rd visit earlier this month -- the homeless man dropped his benefits card in the singer's SoHo building ... leaving his address, so cops easily tracked him down.

Mcglynn claimed in court Rihanna, Jay Z and Kanye West jacked his "material."

He's being held without bail ... and since he's got a long rap sheet which trespassing arrests -- he could be there for awhile.

'My Big Fat Greek Wedding' Actor Louis Mandylor -- Near Death Illness

Louis Mandylor -- best known for his role as Nia Vardalos' brother in "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" -- is lucky to be alive after collapsing on the set of his new movie.

Mandylor was shooting scenes in 90+ degree heat Tuesday for the movie, "Daylight's End" ... when he became ill and was rushed to a hospital in Tyler, TX.

Doctors diagnosed the illness as heat exhaustion and dehydration -- which affected Mandylor's kidneys.They're saying kidney failure was on the horizon ... this according to Mandylor's people.

He's expected to recover and should be released from the hospital Friday.

Alec Baldwin -- I'm Not Apologizing -- For Disorderly Conduct Arrest

Alec Baldwin -- who called NYC a "mismanaged carnival of stupidity" -- says he won't apologize for his disorderly conduct arrest in May ... and he could ultimately end up on the winning end.

Alec was in NYC court Thursday ... to face a disorderly conduct charge for allegedly berating officers who stopped him in May for riding his bike the wrong way on 5th Avenue.

Baldwin told the judge ... he'd rather pay a fine than say he's sorry for going off on the cops.

The judge -- who told Baldwin he has a short fuse -- asked, "Can you stay out of trouble, Alexander?" Baldwin said, "Sure, sure" ... and the judge said he'd dismiss the charge entirely IF Alec can keep his nose clean for 6 months.

Clippers interim CEO Dick Parsons says he believes team coaches and players MAY QUIT if Donald Sterling isn't removed as owner ASAP ... telling TMZ Sports, "I think there's risk to the team."

Parsons testified in the Sterling hearing today -- saying in court, "We may have defections of coaches and players if Sterling is still with the team. Including the head coach."

After the hearing, Parsons says he hopes the judge will come to a resolution quickly -- and in the meantime, he's instructed Clippers players and coaches to focus on basketball while he focuses on reaching a solution.

Translation -- He knows Sterling is poison ... and wants him out just as bad as everyone else.

Sherri Shepherd will maintain primary physical custody of her 9-year-old son, despite her ex-husband's claims she's a horrible parent to the child.

Sherri emerged victorious over Jeffrey Tarpley after yesterday's hearing in L.A. County Court -- he was seeking full custody of their son, but was denied by the judge.

TMZ broke the story ... Jeffrey made some horrendous claims about Sherri neglecting Jeffrey Jr. -- including blaming her for the boy not being able to read or tie his shoe laces.

The judge clearly disagreed. In court docs -- obtained by TMZ -- she wrote, "there has not been a material change in circumstances to grant the request."

A$AP Rocky allegedly slapped a female fan during a Philadelphia music festival ... and now she's dragging him into court with a lawsuit.

Lisamarie Wade claims the rapper hauled off and smacked her -- for no apparent reason -- as he made his way through the crowd last year -- knocking her to the ground and disorienting her.

In her docs, Wade claims the rapper has a long history of bad behavior ... including a similar incident two months before the Philly show ... in which he allegedly smacked a female fan in Australia.

TMZ broke the story ... Wade filed a private criminal complaint ... but eventually withdrew it when she couldn't locate him to serve him with the complaint.

Wade's already making a play for the heartstrings of a potential jury ... claiming Rocky's slap caused a string of ailments which interfere with her ability to "enjoy society with her minor child as a young, single mother." Well played, ma'am.

Wade is suing for damages of at least $75K.

UCLA -- Ex-Associate Athletic Director ... Convicted In Child Porn Case

A former UCLA associate athletic director will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life ... after pleading no contest to possession of child porn.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... officials say Michael Sondheimer was in possession of child porn on his work-issued laptop in April 2013. He was charged with a felony. Sondheimer initially pled not guilty.

Now, officials say Sondheimer struck a plea deal -- in which he plead no contest and in exchange was sentenced to 3 years probation and was ordered to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.

He was also ordered to attend sex offender counseling for 1 year and must forfeit the computer that contained the illegal images.

Michael Sam -- The Perfect Response to Tony Dungy

Michael Sam is responding to Tony Dungy's comments -- by not responding -- with Sam's rep telling TMZ Sports he refuses to engage with the legendary coach ... and wants to keep his focus on football.

It's not the first time Sam has had to deal with a former NFL coach claiming his sexual orientation would be a distraction -- earlier this year, Herm Edwards said Sam has "issues" and coaches would have to decide if they want to bring that kind of "baggage" into the locker room.

The Backstreet Boys have cancelled concerts in Tel Aviv ... for obvious reasons.

The band says the July 29-31 shows have been cut from their schedule -- but they're optimistically trying to re-book for next year.

The band follows in the footsteps of Neil Young & Crazy Horse and Paul Anka ... who also cancelled their concerts in the wake of the escalating Middle-East conflict.

Backstreet says, "This is a major disappointment for the band and fans as this was to be our first visit to Israel and we looked forward to meeting our fans."

Woods says he was serving his time at the same time as Chris Brown -- but says the singer was in protective custody ... while he was with the "mainline" population.

During his stint, Woods says he learned some hard truths about lockup -- including the fact it's seriously segregated inside ... telling us he had to align with the white people (aka Peckerwoods) ... "otherwise you get f**ked up man."

And get this -- Woods says there's still one HUGE CELEB who went through L.A. County jail who made such a big impression, the guards still talk about him.
