Shadowfax's owner Cynthia says the horse -- real name Blanco -- suddenly fell ill at home and was rushed to a horse hospital ... but after a few days, things took a turn for the worst.
The veterinarian asked Cynthia if she wanted to put the horse to sleep ... so she asked Shadowfax for approval -- and the owner says the horse gave her a look that meant yes.
Cynthia gave vets the OK -- and they put her down.

Although Amy and Sam insist they were hacked last year ... history repeated itself.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, police tracked down Rogers on Wednesday ... along with another man allegedly involved in the attack ... following a month-long investigation.
Our sources say the victim filed a police report after the attack, accusing Rogers and several others of attacking him inside Lure nightclub on March 16 -- and an eyewitness says the victim had a broken nose, cuts, and shoe marks on his body.
Rogers has been charged with 1 count of felony assault likely to produce great bodily injury, and 1 count of felony battery.
He entered a not guilty plea today and was released on $50,000 bail.

Naughty By Nature rapper Anthony "Treach" Criss was arrested Thursday in Jersey -- after allegedly charging cops following a 10-block police chase through 4 red lights ... and cops even drew their guns.
Law enforcement sources tell us, officers tried to pull Criss over for speeding in Union City -- he was allegedly doing 55 in a 25 -- but Criss floored it once he heard the sirens ... driving 10 blocks through 4 red lights until finally coming to a stop.
Once pulled over, we're told Treach jumped out of his car and charged the police cruiser that was chasing him -- so cops drew their guns and ordered him back into the car.
According to law enforcement sources, Treach was irate and belligerent at first, but eventually calmed down. He was subsequently placed under arrest and charged with evading police and driving on a suspended license, both misdemeanors.
We're told Treach was also cited for speeding and reckless driving. When they ran his license, they discovered Treach also had several warrants out for his arrest stemming from a child support case and other unrelated traffic violations.
Treach was released Friday on $15,000 bail.

The brothers are referring to Debbie agreeing to give MJ full custody of Prince and Paris after giving birth to them ... in exchange for a lump sum of money.
The brothers insist the Jackson family -- Katherine included -- wants only the best for Prince and Paris, adding, "Our only desire is to see our niece and nephews continue to go on with happy, healthy and safe lives. We will do everything and anything with in our power to help make that happen."
As we reported, Rowe will file legal docs asking the judge to appoint her guardian so she can move the children to her ranch in Palmdale CA, where she has a business raising and breeding horses.

Elvis Presley Enterprises filed the suit against Beretta, claiming the gun co. hijacked Elvis's face and good name to hawk its new model 692 shotgun. Elvis impersonators even made an appearance at the Beretta booth at the 2013 SHOT show in Vegas.
According to the lawsuit, while Elvis was an outspoken gun enthusiast, neither he nor his estate ever gave Beretta permission to use his image in ad campaigns.
EPE is suing for damages. It also wants Beretta to stop using Elvis's image from here out.
Beretta had no comment.

Jan Rooney -- who separated from Mickey two years ago -- just filed legal docs, agreeing to let Rooney be buried at Hollywood Forever Cemetery, alongside film legends like Cecil B. DeMille, Jayne Mansfield and Rudolph Valentino.
Jan wrote, "Despite my strong desires to be buried with my husband, I feel that I owe it to Mickey's fans to allow Mickey to be buried alongside other members of Hollywood royalty."
Jan claims Mickey had long wanted to be buried with his mother at a nearby family plot, but Mickey's lawyers have said the actor changed his tune in the wake of the couple's split ... wanting to be buried somewhere with a connection to Hollywood film stars instead.
It's unclear when the burial will take place.

The hammer just came down on The Game after he allegedly attacked his ex-fiancee during a domestic dispute last month -- TMZ has learned, the rapper has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from her.
Tiffney Cambridge obtained the restraining order against Game on April 2nd, barring Game from having any contact with her whatsoever ... pending a court hearing later this month.
The judge is allowing Game to see his kids on the weekends.
TMZ broke the story ... Cambridge filed a police report against Game, claiming he got violent with her during a March 19th argument. Sources close to Cambridge told us Game broke her nose, but Game denied ever laying a finger on her.
Police are still investigating.
Unlike his estranged wife Gwyneth Paltrow, Coldplay singer Chris Martin isn't wasting any time showing off his new "uncoupled" status to the world -- stepping out in NYC this week with no wedding ring on his finger.

3 Years after Nate Dogg's death, his family is waging war over the sale of the late rapper's Pomona home.
According to court docs -- obtained by TMZ -- the estate administrator agreed to sell the house last month for $340K.
But we're told some family members are trying to stop the deal because the administrator wants to use the money to pay off Nate's debts, leaving them with little ... and they want more.
We broke the story ... Nate's will provided that his 6 kids get the house , but 2 days after his death in March, 2011, the bank moved to foreclose because he'd fallen behind on his mortgage.
Now it's up to a judge whether the sale goes through.

Master P's estranged wife is worried sick -- claiming the rap icon has abducted three of their kids over the last two months ... and is now refusing to bring them back home.
Sonya Miller just went to court to request an emergency custody order, forcing Master P to return the kids to their mom asap.
She claims Master P first nabbed 13-year-old son Hercy after picking him up from school in February, then did the same thing with their 9-year-old son Mercy in March. Around the same time, Sonya claims their 17-year-old daughter Tytyana ran off to live with her dad and won't come back.
The ex-couple also has a 14-year-old daughter named Italy, but she's still with her mom.
There's currently no court order in place regarding custody or visitation (since Sonya only recently filed for divorce ) so Sonya also asked the judge to award her full physical custody ... at least for now.
As we reported, the ex-couple's divorce has been acrimonious -- Sonya claims Master P left her so destitute she needed welfare .
And she's out of luck a little while longer -- the judge denied Sonya's emergency custody request until a court hearing in July ... allowing the kids to stay with their dad.

On Sunday's episode of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," Kenya revealed her pooch of seven years -- a Yorkie named Velvet -- had died after being viciously attacked by a neighbor's dog.
But the day after the episode aired, reports came out claiming the dog was alive and well and living with her friend Brandon DeShazer ... and that Moore had FAKED the death to drive up ratings.
DeShazer -- who posted a series of old photos of Velvet when the show aired that sparked the rumor -- calls the reports "vile" and "irresponsible," telling TMZ, "Anybody who has pets knows the kind of love you develop for them. To report that something like that would be staged … it’s disgusting."

Peaches Geldof was looking a little on the thin side when she showed up to a fashion event just days before she died.
Geldof was seen at the Somerset House in London for a fashion show on April 3, just four days before her death. Her weight was a constant source of concern by friends and family, and she looked a little thin at the event.
The 25-year-old was found dead at her home in Kent on Monday afternoon. Details surrounding her death are unclear, but investigators are treating the death as "unexplained and sudden."

Founding KISS drummer Peter Criss insists he's NOT a raging anti-Semite, despite public accusations made by KISS guitarist Paul Stanley.
Stanley unloaded on Criss and another ex-band mate Ace Frehley in his new book "Face the Music: A Life Exposed," accusing the two of chronic anti-Semitic behavior back in the day. Stanley also accuses Criss of being a racist who enjoyed mocking waiters at Chinese restaurants.
But Criss tells TMZ, all of Stanley's claims are bogus.
