Mama June -- She Won't Get Paid in Full, But Kids Will

Mama June is not going to get her full salary from TLC for the un-aired season, because TLC squarely put the blame on her for the show's cancellation.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... TLC's biggest concern is the welfare of Honey Boo Boo and the other kids and show execs are deeply concerned and upset that June has put them at risk by dating convicted child molester Mark McDaniel.

The network does not believe June deserves full payment, so they have deducted a significant amount from what she would have gotten if the show aired.

As for the kids ... we're told they will ALL be paid in full.

Ditto Sugar Bear, who will also get his due. And Uncle Poodle has already received his loot.

Our sources say TLC is hanging its hat on a morals clause in her contract -- and cavorting with the guy who molested one of her daughters ... well, it seems to qualify.

Suge Knight -- The Photog Was Harassing My Child ... and I Did NOTHING

Suge Knight -- who is currently behind bars for allegedly robbing a paparazzi -- says he didn't steal anything, but the people who took her camera did so in defense of Suge's small child.

Sources connected to the rap mogul tell TMZ ... the photog was filming Suge's 4-year-old son in an alley, and when one of Katt Williams' female companions asked her to stop she just kept shooting.

The photog -- who is legendary in L.A. for her confrontations with celebs and other photogs -- was confronted by Katt's friend and the 2 got into it. Katt's friend asked her to erase the video of the child but she refused.

Our Suge sources say the photog is a liar and her camera was NEVER stolen ... that she had it in her possession when cops came. The woman claims Katt snatched the camera.

Our law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... they believe Suge orchestrated the entire thing and that Katt was just following his orders. As for Katt, he told us he'd rather take the fall than sell out Suge.

The stakes are high ... Katt faces 7 years in prison if convicted. Suge could go to jail for the rest of his life.

Taylor Swift -- BOOZIN' WITH LINGERIE MODEL ... At NY Knicks Game

The NY Knicks are the Lakers of the East Coast ... and not just because they suck -- they drew some of the biggest stars in the world to their home opener last night.

Everyone from Justin Bieber to Spike Lee to Ben Stiller was there ... but the winner of the celebrity showdown was clearly Taylor Swift -- who sat courtside with a hot lingerie model friend.

Taylor and Victoria's Secret stunner Karlie Kloss drank beers and Diet Cokes as they cheered on the Knicks ... who got crushed by the Chicago Bulls.

Of course, Taylor became the new Global Welcome Ambassador for New York after buying a $20 million apartment earlier this year ... so watching the Knicks play seems like it would be a job requirement.

No word if she stayed the whole game ... but c'mon.

Chris Brown -- I Settled 2 Assault Cases for Chump Change

Chris Brown is a little lighter today ... he just lost more than a $100K but in return got rid of 2 pesky lawsuits.

Sources connected to Chris tell TMZ ... the guy who Chris punched in Washington D.C. a year ago just settled his civil lawsuit against Chris. We're told the singer anted up around $100,000.

You'll recall ... Chris dodged a major bullet with the help of his lawyer Mark Geragos by striking a plea deal in the criminal case. He avoided probation, jail and fines by pleading guilty to simple assault.

As for the second case ... TMZ broke the story Chris got into an insane fight at a West Hollywood recording studio in January with Frank Ocean's posse. Frank's cousin sued Chris for $3 million. We've learned the case just settled for UNDER $20K.

It's handled.

Katt Williams and Suge Knight -- Arrested for Stealing From Female Pap

Katt Williams and Suge Knight got busted today for allegedly snatching a camera from a female photographer in Beverly Hills.

The alleged incident went down back on Sept. 5 outside a studio ... according to the L.A. County D.A.

Katt was arrested this morning when he showed up in court for an assault case -- and Suge was picked up in Las Vegas.

Both men have pretty lengthy rap sheets ... and as a result the D.A.'s Office says Suge could face up to 30 years to life in state prison -- while Williams could be nailed for up to 7 years.

There's one every year ... a Halloween costume that feels just far enough over the line of good taste. In 2013, Julianne Hough made waves when she attended a Halloween party dressed as Crazy Eyes from "Orange is the New Black" ... in full blackface. It did not go over well. She eventually took to Twitter to apologize for having offended anyone.

2. Taliban Terror

Chris Brown continued his run of rather poor decisions in 2012 when he showed up to Rihanna's Halloween party dressed as a Taliban fighter, complete with a bushy beard and a string of fake bullets across his chest ... because nothing screams "good time" like terrorism.

It may not have been for Halloween, but considering David Hasselhoff's massive following in Germany, hitting the stage dressed at Hitler in 2012 probably wasn't the best idea ... at any time of year.

Rich Dollaz -- Sprung From Jail ... Craving 5 Guys

"Love & Hip Hop" star Rich Dollaz is returning to the scene of the crime ... he's headed back to a Five Guys burger joint after getting sprung from a NJ jail.

We broke the story ... Dollaz was popped by cops Sunday night as he came out of Five Guys carrying a bag of burgers. Police say he was wanted because he owed $10,500 in unpaid child support.

Hudson County jail officials say Dollaz was released after paying his debt in full .. and walked out of jail a free -- and hungry -- man. He even took the time to take a pic with fellow inmate, Jason Rios, who was released at the same time.

A rep tells TMZ ... Dollaz never even got to eat his expensive burgers -- they were confiscated by cops -- but he's headed right back to Five Guys ... so he can ketchup on what he missed.

'Firefly' Actress Summer Glau -- My Stalker Burns Incense and Demands Money!

A star from "Firefly" claims an obsessed fan has been at her doorstep, demanding a million bucks and burning incense around the perimeter of her property ... so she ran to court for protection.

Summer Glau -- who's also been featured in "Arrow" and "Sequestered" -- claims Gary Gin came to her house in February and said he wrote the sequel to "Serenity" and demanded $1 million for his work. Summer -- who is 6-months pregnant -- says in legal docs her fiance confronted the guy.

But Gin didn't leave. Instead, the 33-year-old actress claims he burned incense around her house to make a statement. But that wasn't all. She claims 3 weeks later she got a package and when she opened it it looked like a bomb ... filled with bird feathers, tree branches, wires and bones.

She included a 4-page letter she received from him, in which he says, "Relying on telepathy to communicate with you has been problematic for me." He wanted an in-person chitchat.

The judge saw it Summer's way, and granted a restraining order.

'Baywatch' Star and 'Bachelor' Creator in Epic Malibu, Fake Dog Feud

Former "Baywatch" star David Charvet is in an epic neighborhood feud with "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" producer and "Bachelor" creator Mike Fleiss ... claiming Fleiss is terrorizing him and his family with threats of violence and sounds of howling dogs.

Charvet just asked a judge for a restraining order, claiming his Malibu neighbor Fleiss is pointing speakers at Charvet's property and blasts sounds of "barking, crying and howling dogs at 3 AM, 5:45 AM, 6:30 AM, 11 AM, 9:30 PM and 11 PM."

Charvet also says when Fleiss sees him on foot he revs up his car engine, making it appear he's gunning to run Charvet over.

And Charvet -- who is married to Brooke Burke -- says Fleiss taunted him back in April and claimed HE was the reason she was fired from "Dancing with the Stars."

Charvet was shut down in his bid for a restraining order. The judge decided the harassment wasn't annoying enough.

Melissa Rivers ... Lawyered Up and Ready to Sue Over Joan's Death

Joan Rivers' daughter Melissa has retained a law firm that will file a major lawsuit over her mom's death ... TMZ has confirmed.

We're told the firm -- Gair, Gair, Conason, Steigman, Mackauf, Bloom & Rubinowitz will file a medical malpractice and wrongful death lawsuit against the clinic where Joan stopped breathing and the doctors who were involved.

Our sources say Melissa retained the firm Tuesday but the suit won't be filed for around a month.

We're told letters are going out today to the various people involved in the fatal medical procedure, telling them NOT to destroy records involving Joan's treatment. The lawyers also want phone logs and other documents.

As we reported ... one of the driving forces for Melissa is to figure out how her mom died, but in the end, it's a lawsuit over money.
