Big Boi from Outkast -- Cleared for Doggy Style ... After Rehabbing Knee

Outkast rapper Big Boi tells TMZ ... he "lost his doggy style" abilities after blowing out his knee back in May ... but don't worry, the rapper tells us came up with a SOLID backup plan.

As you may recall -- Boi suffered a patellar tendon tear back in May while jumping around during a concert in Illinois ... and required knee surgery.

BB was at LAX yesterday rolling around in a wheelchair when he offered up the good news saying he can finally put pressure on his knee again ... which means, no more bangin' restrictions.

Big Boi wasn't completely deprived of his favorite position during his recovery though ... telling us he got crafty and figured out a way around the dilemma ... all thanks to a trusty piece of furniture.

In one corner ... 6'0", 185-pound Gracie -- a 5th degree black belt and 4-time Pride fighting winner.

In the other corner ... 5'3", 135-pound woman named Tiffany -- who lives in an apartment above Gracie's Brazilian Jiu Jitsu studio in Torrance, CA.

Rodrigo filed a request for a restraining order against Tiffany last month, claiming she's been terrorizing his training center:

"[Tiffany has been] cursing, yelling, hitting my door, hitting the glass ... knocked a hole in my door ... comes drunk every time."

The judge sided with Rodrigo ... at least for now ... granting a temporary restraining order against Tiffany, requiring her to stop pestering Rodrigo and his studio.

The case is due back in court later this month -- when Rodrigo will likely ask the court for more permanent protection from his allegedly pain-in-the-ass neighbor.

Attempts to reach Tiffany were unsuccessful.

Kristin Cavallari -- Cops BUSTED ME in Illinois

Kristin Cavallari says she was taken into police custody in Chicago this morning -- and forced to post bail -- and claims it all has to do with her driver's license.

KC went to Twitter moments ago and said, "Who knew having a California drivers license in Illinois was a CRIME to be escorted to the police station to post bail?!! What a morning."

The former MTV star -- who's married to Chicago Bears QB Jay Cutler -- is insinuating that she had the same problem Justin Bieber had in L.A. ... when he was cited for not having a valid driver's license.

In Illinois, you are required to have an IL driver's license once you have lived in the state for 90 days ... or you can be cited.

However, KC says she's not a full time IL resident and therefore shouldn't be subjected to that law. She also tweeted about it saying, "I still have an apartment in LA so I'm a resident of California."

Dave Chappelle - RIPPED BY HARTFORD MAYOR ... 'Quit Whining'

The mayor of Hartford, Connecticut is firing back at Dave Chappelle -- telling the comic to QUIT BITCHING about his city ... and get on with his life.

"Dave Chappelle needs to quit whining, do his job and try some yoga," Mayor Pedro Segarra tweeted this morning.

The Mayor is clearly referring to Chappelle's anti-Hartford rant ... when he called for North Korea to hit the Connecticut city with a nuclear strike after the "young, white alcoholic" crowd heckled him during a show last week.

"His recent remarks were immature and inappropriate," Segarra tells TMZ ... adding, "[He] should stick to his job, give the fans what they paid for and not disparage the good people of Hartford."

John McCain -- iPhone Poker Downloads Skyrocket After Senator Scandal

John McCain's little iPhone poker fiasco this week had a MASSIVE ripple effect on the mobile card shark community -- a rep for John's poker game of choice tells TMZ, the company saw a huge increase in downloads after the Senator's mishap.

You'll recall, a photo surfaced Tuesday showing McCain secretly playing a game called VIP Poker during a heated Senate hearing, while John Kerry was passionately arguing about taking military action in Syria.

And it apparently got people in the poker playing mood -- because a rep for TinyCo (the company behind VIP Poker) tells us, daily installations of the app increased by 30% since the incident.

The rep adds, "Senator McCain has great taste in mobile apps."

'Duck Dynasty' Stars Preaching in Church -- We're Hunting for Salvation [VIDEO]

Here's something you probably didn't know: the stars of "Duck Dynasty" are hardcore Christian evangelists who frequently preach at their local church ... and TMZ has video of some of last weekend's sermons.

A ministry assistant at White's Ferry Road Church of Christ in West Monroe, LA tells TMZ, Phil Robertson and his family have been active at the church for more than 30 years.

We're told Phil regularly gives fiery sermons -- but last weekend, the entire family joined in, when the church celebrated Duck Commander Sunday ... a yearly tradition where the entire Robertson family preaches to the congregation in full camo (not kidding).

Funny... we're told the Duck Commander Sunday tradition existed long before the A&E reality show.

Khloe Kardashian -- In the Dark About Lamar Odom's Rehab

Khloe Kardashian is totally unaware her estranged husband Lamar Odom entered a rehab facility -- despite the fact she lead the charge for him to get help in the first place ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the couple tell us Khloe never got so much as a heads-up about Lamar's plans, and was completely blindsided by the report he's checked in for treatment.

We're told one big reason for that is Khloe and Lamar have not been talking at all since she issued an ultimatum last weekend -- get help or our marriage is over -- intending to force his hand on the issue of rehab.

As we previously reported ... Lamar started a treatment program last summer in San Diego, but bailed after only 3 weeks.

One source says although Khloe's been kept outside the loop this time -- she does hope wherever Lamar is ... he's actually getting professional help.

Lamar Odom -- Checks In to Rehab ... According to Report

Lamar Odom has finally checked in to rehab to deal with his raging drug addiction ... this according to a new report.

People.com broke the story, but did not specify when or where Lamar began treatment. Lamar was seen out in public over the weekend ... so the move to rehab had to be very recent.

The 32-year-old NBA star has been struggling with an addiction to crack cocaine for months and was arrested for DUI last Friday.

As we first reported, Khloe Kardashian issued an ultimatum to her husband over the weekend -- enter rehab or their marriage is over.

Dave Chappelle -- Hartford Crowd Was Evil, White ... I Wanted to Pull a 'Reverse Kramer'

Dave Chappelle is lashing out about the people who heckled him in Hartford, CT last week ... calling the crowd a bunch of "young, white alcoholics" and saying he wanted to pull a "reverse Kramer."

Chappelle took the stage at a show in Chicago last night ... and immediately went off on Hartford -- where he engaged in a nasty stand-off with the crowd after several loudmouthed fans heckled him during his set.

"I don't want anything bad to happen to the United States," Chappelle said ... "but if North Korea ever drops a nuclear bomb on this country, I swear to God I hope it lands in Hartford, Connecticut."

Chappelle then called the crowd "evil" ... and described them as a bunch of "young, white alcoholics."

"I wanted to pull a reverse Kramer and call them all crackers or something crazy like that."

Chappelle was obviously referring to the TMZ footage of Michael Richards during his insane N-bomb tirade at the Laugh Factory back in 2006.

In the end, Dave says the crowd in Hartford was lucky to see him "freak out" that night -- explaining, "That s**t's like being at a f**king tiger show the night Sigfried and Roy got their throats bit out by the tiger ... you don't go to somebody be safe."

John Cusack -- Arrested Fan Told Me Angels Want Us to Be Together

John Cusack has been haunted for years by emails, lettters, tweets, and voicemails from a woman who claims angels told her she and Cusack are supposed to be together -- the very same woman who was arrested at his home yesterday.

As TMZ first reported ... Cusack requested, and was granted, a temporary restraining order against Elizabeth Pahlke, on August 30 ... which requires her to stay 100 yards away from the actor and his security guard.

In his filing, Cusack says Pahlke has been blasting him with every form of communication under the sun for the past 3 years -- but the last straw came Aug. 29 when she left a letter at his house, and then waited for him outside.

Cusack says when Pahlke followed him as he left the house ... he called cops, and she was arrested and placed on a 5150 hold.

In the docs, Cusack says Pahlke "claims that the angels told her that we were together in a previous life, and that she needs to be with me now in order for me to remember how special she was to me."

Law enforcement sources tell us Pahlke was informed of the TRO yesterday -- and shortly afterward went straight to Cusack's home.

As we previously reported ... she was arrested for felony stalking and burglary.

Cusack's TRO is in effect at least until Sep. 23 when a hearing is scheduled to determine if it will be extended.

A$AP Rocky -- Charged with Assault ... Allegedly Slaps Female Fan

Rapper A$AP Rocky -- the guy behind the hit "F**kin' Problems" -- has been slapped with an assault charge in Philadelphia after allegedly getting all Rick James on a female fan this weekend ... TMZ has learned.

We know ... the alleged victim, a young mom, filed a criminal complaint with the District Attorney's Office today claiming she was attending the Made In America concert on Saturday when the rapper got violent.

The woman claims A$AP was trying to make his way through a crowd of dancing fans -- with a bunch of girls pulling on his shirt -- when A$AP turned and fired off an open-hand slap, connecting with her face.

The woman claims she was injured from the alleged slap -- suffering whiplash from the impact.

The D.A.'s office reviewed the case and has decided to charge A$AP with misdemeanor simple assault.

We reached out to A$AP's camp for comment -- so far, no word back.

Zimmerman was busted in his Honda Ridgeline doing 60 mph in a 45 mph zone, according to cops in Lake Mary, FL ... outside Orlando -- who released video of the pullover.

Zimmerman was also pulled over for speeding in Texas on July 28. During that traffic stop he told the officer he had a weapon in his truck.

He did not mention having a gun during this latest stop.

Zimmerman got off with a warning in Texas. No such luck this time ... his ticket lists the fine as $256.
