Mark Vincent Kaplan -- who became famous repping Kevin Federline in his contentious divorce from Britney Spears -- was popped on the Sunset Strip just before midnight.
Kaplan flunked the field sobriety test and was taken to the West Hollywood Sheriff's substation and booked on DUI.
Kaplan was cited at the station and released.
In just one sentence, Kanye West just set the hip hop world on fire ... because it sounds like the rapper just told our photog he's recording a new album -- and it's a sequel to Yeezus.
West was at LAX for an international flight when we asked what he'd be doing out of the country -- the rapper said, "I'm going to China to work on Yeezus."
True, Kanye's already released an album with that title ... but shortly after it came out, producer Rick Rubin said Yeezy intended for the LP to be longer -- and claimed a two-part album was a possibility.

Her reasoning is interesting ... she says he's a "background guy" who doesn't look for publicity or notoriety. She adds he works as a tour manager for Justin Bieber and never tried exploiting that relationship.
We're told Corey gave her a heads up long before stories surfaced about the restraining order against him, and he convinced Kris the chick never had a case against him and the only reason it's coming up now is because she wanted to make a quick buck from the tabloids.

Morrissey was performing at Klub Stodola when a heckler yelled something and unnerved the singer 25 minutes into his set.
Morrissey left the stage in a huff and his band tried ferreting out the heckler but couldn't find him ... so the venue announced the singer would not be coming back because he didn't feel safe.
Maybe the band is better at duck duck goose.
Soraja, who was Playmate of the year Serbia in 2011 (hey, it still counts) and Neymar have apparently gone public with there relationship recently posing for pictures together on social media.

Ricki Lake tricked her estranged husband into signing a prenup and he wants the divorce judge to invalidate it ... TMZ has learned.
Ricki's hubby, Christian Evans, claims Ricki committed fraud in getting him to sign the prenup before their marriage in April, 2012. He does not explain the basis of the fraud, but this becomes SOP in lots of celebrity divorces, where the other spouse tries to squeeze more cash out than the prenup provides.
If the prenup is invalidated, Evans would be entitled to half the earnings during their marriage, although Ricki's heyday was her talk show era, long before they got hitched.
Based on what we see ... it looks like what Christian is really gunning for is more spousal support than the prenup provides.

Bill Cosby's comedy tour is starting to crumble ... Vegas and another venue just cancelled concerts.
Cosby was slated to perform at Treasure Island in Las Vegas a week from today and at the Desert Diamond Casino in Tucson, Arizona February 15 ... but those shows have now been 86'd.
A rep for Treasure Island released a statement calling the decision "mutual." The casino will offer refunds. TMZ spoke with the casino just two days ago and there were no plans to cancel.
Cosby performed Thursday night in the Bahamas at a benefit for an African American women's service organization.
None of the other venues for his concert series have pulled the plug ... yet.
50 is now endorsing EFFEN Vodka and decided the best way to promote his brand was to go after the competition ... Diddy and Ciroc. But the way he did it was super offensive, posting a photo of Diddy grinding up against a large woman ... equating Ciroc with banging large chicks.

Here's what we know ... Haden has been wanting to get into the shoe biz for a while -- and bought out an existing sneaker shop in downtown Cleveland, which he renamed "The Restock."
We spoke to Joe's business partner David Damier who tells us, "It's a consignment based store. We specialize in offering shoes that you can no longer find in stores. Rare shoes are our specialty."
Doors open on Black Friday -- and David says Joe will definitely be on hand to celebrate ... even though the Browns have a game in Atlanta that weekend.
"They don't fly out until Saturday, so Joe will definitely be there. There will be a bunch of athletes there."
No word if Haden will be selling anything from his personal collection -- which is stocked with some of the most sought-after sneakers ever made ... including Air Yeezys, South Beach LeBrons, Corks, and some ultra-rare Air Jordan VIIs.

Ryan Gosling just got a restraining order against a woman he says has been stalking him for 3 months because she believes she's his "twin flame."
According to legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Gosling says Grace Marie Del Villar has been sending harassing emails and packages ... in one case she sent a torn-out page from a magazine featuring Eva Mendes and stapled a copy of her contact info to the page.
She has also bombarded the inbox of Ryan's sister with messages, in one case saying, "I am kicking your brother's head."
The tipping point came on Oct. 28th, when Del Villar traveled from NYC to L.A. and showed up at Ryan's doorstep, rang the security gate and said she was, "Ryan's twin." She left a doll catalog at the gate.
She's ordered to stay 100 yards away from Ryan, Eva, daughter Esmeralda.
His sister Mandi also got a restraining order against the stalker.
