Ricki Lake tricked her estranged husband into signing a prenup and he wants the divorce judge to invalidate it ... TMZ has learned.
Ricki's hubby, Christian Evans, claims Ricki committed fraud in getting him to sign the prenup before their marriage in April, 2012. He does not explain the basis of the fraud, but this becomes SOP in lots of celebrity divorces, where the other spouse tries to squeeze more cash out than the prenup provides.
If the prenup is invalidated, Evans would be entitled to half the earnings during their marriage, although Ricki's heyday was her talk show era, long before they got hitched.
Based on what we see ... it looks like what Christian is really gunning for is more spousal support than the prenup provides.
