We're told Luis fired off a hail mary email to producers on Friday hoping the wardrobe might be laying around somewhere ... but only got the silent treatment.

It pays to be broke ass broke if you're Mary J. Blige's foundation -- a bank just agreed to slash the group's debt by nearly $200,000 ... TMZ has learned.

According to legal docs, TD Bank reached a settlement with Mary J.'s charitable group ... agreeing to let it pay a mere $125k -- which might not sound like a great deal, until you realize the total tab was a whopping $322,000!

As TMZ first reported ... the Mary J. Blige and Steve Stoute Foundation for the Advancement of Women Now was sued last year when it defaulted on a $250k loan. The charity even blamed the bank ... claiming it should've know the group's finances were in shambles.

According to the settlement, the group will pay back $15,000 immediately -- and then make 12 easy payments of $9,166.

We're guessing TD Bank agreed to the deep discount because ... some money is better than none at all.

Nothing says romance like a smelly locker room -- Khloe Kardashian is spending her 4th wedding anniversary sweating at the gym.

Khloe was just spotted cruising into an Equinox gym near her home, and wearing lightweight gloves -- maybe blowing off steam with some kickboxing or MMA fighting.

Photogs peppered Khloe with questions, including ... whether the rumors are true she's selling her house, is she getting divorced, and if she's giving Lamar Odom a second chance.

Considering they're not together on their anniversary ... it's safe to say chances are looking dim.

Kanye West Will Press Criminal Charges Against Photog

Kanye West says he's got the goods to get at least one of the photogs who showed up at his house today PROSECUTED ... TMZ has learned.

Sources directly connected to Kanye tell TMZ ... Kanye has reviewed the security footage from his Hollywood Hills home, and he says it CLEARLY shows at least one of the photogs trespassing on his private property.

We're told Kanye says he will file a police report and ask that the photog be prosecuted for criminal trespass.

As you know, two photogs (not TMZ) showed up at Kanye's house at 4 AM and peppered him with questions about his feud with Jimmy Kimmel, and Kanye went ballistic.

It's unclear who will go to the cop shop and file the report, because Kanye and Kim are on a plane right now, heading for Paris.

Aaron Hernandez Fiancee -- Indicted In Murder Case

The fiancee of ex New England Patriots player Aaron Hernandez ... along with Hernandez's cousin ... were indicted today .. in connection with the Odin Lloyd murder case.

According to the Bristol County, CT D.A.'s Office Shayanna Jenkins -- Aaron's fiancee and baby mama -- was hit a single count of perjury. No further detail has been provided on her charge.

Tanya Singleton -- Aaron's cousin -- was charged with Conspiracy to Commit Accessory After the Fact. Translation: authorities believe she helped one of Aaron's alleged accomplices get outta dodge ... by buying him a bust ticket to Florida.

That guy, Earnest Wallace, was eventually arrested in FL, and charged with being an accessory to Lloyd's murder.

Lamar Odom -- DUI Arraignment Delayed

Lamar Odom's DUI case was put on hold this morning ... as his attorney appeared in court and requested a continuance.

Lamar was not in the Van Nuys, CA courtroom for the scheduled arraignment -- he wasn't required to be there -- but his attorney Richard Hutton was ... and the judge granted a new hearing date of October 10.

TMZ broke the story ... Odom was arrested Aug. 30 and charged with DUI after cops pulled him over the 101 freeway for driving too slow. He refused to take any blood alcohol tests ... and lost his license as a result.

Khloe's account used to be labeled Khloe Kardashian Odom, but now when she tweets now ... it only shows up as Khloe.

It can't be a coincidence -- today is her and Lamar's 4th wedding anniversary. Khloe also dropped "Odom" from her Instagram account last week.

As we reported ... Lamar came back to L.A. late Wednesday night after a crack binge in Palm Springs with friends and two women.

Even though Lamar has big plans about what he'd like to do for the anniversary ... we're told it's not reciprocal.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. -- ANOTHER VICTORY ... With $150,000 at Stake

Floyd Mayweather isn't just the champ in the ring .... he's also the champ in court, beating down a music producer who accused him of jacking a song beat back in 2008.

You might recall, producer Anthony Lawrence Dash sued Money May in 2010 over a song the boxer used as entrance music during his 2008 appearance at WWE's Wrestlemania 24 (skip to 2:32 in the video). Dash said the beat in the song was his, and Floyd used it without permission.

Dash sued Mayweather, WWE, and others for at least $150,000 in damages -- but a judge recently ruled in Mayweather's favor.

According to the ruling, Dash wasn't entitled to a cut of the profits from Mayweather's use of the song ... because he couldn't prove Mayweather even made money off the song in the first place (same with WWE).

Bottom line: Dash lost ... and unlike Canelo, he didn't even get a consolation prize.

Alanis Morissette Sued by Ex-Nanny -- She Held Me Hostage

Alanis Morissette oughta know ... you can't keep a nanny locked up in your child's bedroom all night ... without so much as a meal break -- but one ex-nanny is now suing the singer for allegedly doing just that.

Bianca Cambeiro filed the lawsuit against Morissette and her husband Mario Treadway, claiming the couple employed her from August 2011 to March 2013 ... and she worked a hellish 12-hour night shift looking after their newborn son.

According to Bianca's lawsuit, Alanis effectively held her hostage inside their baby's bedroom while he slept, ordering her not to leave under any circumstances ... not even for a break to eat.

Bianca was only allowed relief if one of the child's parents was in the bedroom ... or if the day-shift nanny replaced her. That's it.

What's more, Bianca says she was denied more than $30,000 in unpaid overtime and other wages. But she's suing for $100,000 on top of that, claiming she also suffered emotional distress.

We reached out to Alanis' people for comment. So far, no word back.

Corey quickly came out of the house with his arms raised, and got frisked by cops. In typical Feldman-fashion ... he had not one, but TWO female companions in lingerie ... who were also frisked.

We're told cops searched Corey's place, but left after determining everything was kosher.

Maybe Corey's $250 mansion parties aren't so bad after all.

Tupac's Mom Sues for $1.1 Million -- Rap Money Is Mine

You haven't met a protective mother until you've met Tupac's mom ... she's now suing over unpaid royalties stemming from the late rapper's posthumous album ... to the tune of $1.1 million.

Afeni Shakur -- the co-administrator of Tupac's estate -- filed the lawsuit against a company called Entertainment One, claiming it breached a contract to pay Tupac's estate royalties on "Beginnings: The Lost Tapes," which was released in June 2007.

According to the suit, E1 purchased the rights to Tupac's music (previously owned by Death Row Records) in July. FYI, Death Row went bankrupt in 2006.

Afeni claims E1 now owes Tupac's estate $1.1 million ... and it better pony up fast. She also wants E1 to hand over the master recordings of all Tupac's unreleased music.

Hell hath no fury like a mother scorned. Calls to E1 weren't returned.

Model Vida Guerra -- famous for her backside -- had emergency surgery on her other money-maker yesterday -- replacing a breast implant that was creating a serious health crisis ... TMZ has learned.

Vida posted a pic of her exposed chest Tuesday morning ... showing her right breast covered by a large gauze pad. The problem was scar tissue forming around a gel implant.

Vida tells us back in 2011 she replaced saline implants with fancy new gel ones -- 450cc (or a full C cup). When she recently started having back pain and trouble breathing ... docs told her scar tissue had formed and had to be removed, along with the implant itself.

Vida got a new left implant during her 24 hour hospital stay -- but she's home now, doing something she never gets to do ... PIG OUT!!!

The fitness fanatic confesses she's been eating "everything in sight" ... especially pizza. Docs have cleared her to start working out again in a month.

Boob job lesson of the day: Vida says, "If I could do it over again, I wouldn't have. It's just more problems in the end."

Camille Grammer Desecrates BF's Baby Mama in Illegal Recording Lawsuit

If Camille Grammer promises to desecrate you, she will desecrate you ... at least that's the lesson her boyfriend's bitter ex just learned in court.

You'll recall, Camille filed a lawsuit against Lisa Chynoweth last year, claiming her boyfriend's ex and baby mama illegally recorded a phone in which Camille threatened to "desecrate" the woman and her family.

Camille claimed Lisa baited her into making the angry threats, and illegally recorded the conversation without her consent. Lisa then used the recording as ammo in her custody battle with Camille's BF Dimitri Charalambopolous, making Camille look like a crazy, vindictive person.

Among the threats, Camille said, "I will desecrate you ... I have lawyers that are beyond what you can imagine and they will pull stuff on you and you will be so mortified about your life and your family and what you have done."

The phone call was played during a deposition for Dimitri and Lisa's custody war, and a recording surfaced on YouTube soon after. Camille blamed Lisa for recording and then leaking it.

Camile just won the lawsuit, and she won without a fight, because Lisa never filed an answer to the complaint ... so the judge just issued a default judgment.

Lisa has been ordered never to release the recording in question ever again, as well as NEVER to record Camille without her permission. Period.
