He went in looking for steak, but Tim Tebow left dinner Friday night with a job offer from a big time VH1 actress ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Tebow was grubbin' down at Boa in Hollywood when he was spotted by Kat Bailess -- one of the stars of the hit VH1 dance drama, "Hit The Floor."

“My daddy played football at Ole’ Miss," Kat says ... "So I went up to him and asked to take a picture."

And that's when Kat decided to take things one step further -- "I told Tim that he should be a guest star on my show ‘Hit The Floor.' He said ’that’d be really cool’, but he had to talk to his reps, which I understand.”

“I woke this morning and thought, ‘I can’t believe I pitched Tim Tebow on the show!’”

Kat says Tim couldn't have been a nicer guy -- “He was such a gentleman. He didn’t hesitate to to take the picture.”

No word if Tim's actually considering the offer -- but he wouldn't be the only jock on the set -- former NBA star Rick Fox has a role on the show.

The pair met in 1990 and were married that same year. They have two kids, ages 10 and 6.

According to a French magazine, the divorce was finalized in a Paris court, but neither David nor Cathy were present for the hearing.

What's particularly surprising about the split ... Cathy and David just renewed their vows in Ibiza in 2012.

'Sweet Love' Singer Anita Baker -- Wanted by Police in Detroit

Anita Baker -- famous for her 80s hit song "Sweet Love" -- is now a wanted woman in Detroit ... after an arrest warrant was issued for the Grammy-winning singer.

According to court records, the bench warrant was issued yesterday after the singer failed to show up to court for a hearing in her current legal battle with a paint and decorating company.

Ray Smith Painting and Decorating has sued Baker, claiming she owes the company $15,000 for services it performed inside her giant Grosse Pointe home -- and so far, she still hasn't anted up.

We reached out to Anita's camp for comment -- so far, no word back.

The gloves are off in the fight between Rihanna and her ex-accountant -- the money man is now firing back in their legal battle over $9 million the singer claims she lost on his watch ... calling her a financially impaired moron.

Accountant Peter Gounis filed the response to Rihanna's lawsuit, insisting he was hired to record and manage her financial accounts -- NOT give her rudimentary spending advice.

Gounis claims Rihanna blew through millions of her own money by going on endless shopping sprees -- buying roomfuls of designer shoes, clothes, and jewelry -- and throwing extravagant parties for herself. He also claims she bailed on an expensive tour to shoot "Battleship," which turned out to be a massive failure.

And despite Rihanna's accusations, Gounis insists he never directed Rihanna to buy a dilapidated house.

But even ignoring all that, Gounis says, "Was it really necessary to tell her that if you spend money for things you will end up with the things, and not the money?"

Gounis wants Rihanna's lawsuit thrown out.

'Bachelorette' Andi Dorfman -- Boyz II Men Date War

LET THE GAMES BEGIN -- the men on the new season of "The Bachelorette" are already competing hard for the affections of sexy attorney Andi Dorfman ... and somehow, Boyz II Men got dragged into the fray.

Spoiler alert -- sources tell TMZ, Andi and her suitors were out in Santa Barbara Wednesday for their third group date ... when they arrived at an outdoors Boyz II Men show ... and took over the stage.

It was all obviously a set-up for the show, but it still looked like a blast. We're told the bachelors were split into two groups -- one in khaki blazers and one in blue cardigans -- and they each sang their own renditions of "I'll Make Love to You."

'Wheel of Fortune' Player -- Mind-Blowing Guess ... WASN'T RIGGED

The guy who correctly guessed the remaining letters in "Ne_ ____ _____" on "Wheel of Fortune" last night -- ON HIS FIRST TRY -- tells TMZ, the game was not rigged ... he really did pull the right answer out of his ass.

Emil De Leon -- who won $45,000 for the insane guess -- is a nursing student at the NCP College of Nursing in San Fran ... and while the show was being filmed in January, he was studying pediatrics.

Emil says he had babies on his mind during the show and got completely lucky -- once you watch the clip, you'll understand why this makes sense. Emil also says he's watched "Wheel of Fortune" forever and he's pretty much a pro at solving word puzzles.

Emil adds, Pat Sajak and Vanna White even pulled him aside afterward and told him he was one of the best players ever.

As for what Emil plans to do with his money -- he says he'll be putting most of it towards his nursing degree ... but plans to splurge a little on a trip to Cabo very soon.

Justin Bieber -- Trapped in L.A. ... With $85,000 Bill

As we reported, Khloe Kardashian has purchased Bieber's Calabasas mansion, paving the way for his big move to ATL. The deal is expected to close next week, but there's one big problem -- TMZ has learned, there's a mechanics lien against the home.

A construction company filed the lien, claiming it performed $85,011 worth of damage repair services on Justin's house and it still hasn't been paid -- which is a big problem ... because a home cannot be sold until all liens against it have been settled or paid.

If Bieber doesn't cough up the money by next week, we're told the sale can't go through.

Sources close to Bieber tell us, the singer's camp plans to deal with the issue asap. Luckily, he can probably afford it.

Just when we thought he was out ... they pull him back in.

Justin Bieber Concert Fans SUE -- We Got Charged an Arm and a Leg!

A New York woman claims there has been a dastardly plot to DENY her the right to see Justin Bieber and Bon Jovi at an affordable price ... and now she's suing the Goliath of concerts.

Jessica Pollard claims in a lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- she was forced to pay exorbitant prices for a Bon Jovi show in 2010 and a Bieber show in 2013.

Pollard is pointing the greedy finger at AEG, claiming it intentionally withheld more than 5% of tickets for Biebs and Bon Jovi ... selling them to brokers who would charge way more than retail.

Pollard claims AEG is flagrantly violating New Jersey's Consumer Fraud Act, which prohibits promoters from bogarting more than 5% of the tix.

She is suing on behalf of all the now cash-strapped Bieber fans -- and Bon Jovi too -- who now have to eat Top Ramen because they blew their budget on expensive concerts.

We reached to AEG for comment ... so far, no word back.

Karrueche Tran -- I Dumped Chris Brown Because He's a Man Whore

'Party Down South' -- Money War Ain't Over ... Cast Threatening Strike

The cast of CMT's "Party Down South" is NOT giving up on its war for fatter paychecks -- despite what the network is claiming -- in fact, they've now banded together ... and are threatening to derail the entire show if their money demands aren't met.

As we reported, show reps had claimed the salary war was over -- telling us the cast had agreed to continue with Season 2 production per their original contract ... at a rate roughly equal to their Season 1 rate of $500 per episode.

The cast wanted a raise to $7,500 each per episode -- but CMT refused to budge ... and reps for the show told us the cast had given up its fight.

But now we've learned ... that's not true -- lawyers representing the cast just sent a letter to CMT and 495 Productions, claiming the contracts initially signed by the cast weren't fair.

The lawyers claim the cast signed extremely unfair contracts without lawyer help, and they want new contracts drawn up asap. Among their demands ... way more money.

Season 2 is scheduled to begin production shortly -- but the cast is refusing to participate until CMT comes to the table. Reps for the show tell us, if the cast doesn't shoot, they're in breach of their contract ... end of story.

'Snakes in a Cab' Prankster -- Suspended by the TLC ... But Hollywood Is Calling!

Richie Incognito is back -- 3 weeks after being admitted to a psychiatric care unit -- and he's already TWEETING AGAIN.

Richie resurfaced on Twitter late Tuesday night ... writing, "I missed you guys. Thanks goes out to my family and friends for the tremendous amount of support."

He added, "I look forward to getting back to work ASAP."

Incognito also said, "It's great to be HOME in Arizona."

We broke the story Richie was admitted to a psych unit in AZ back in February after smashing his Ferrari with a baseball bat.

Sources close to the situation tell us Richie didn't resist being admitted to the psych ward -- acknowledging that he needed help dealing with all the drama in his life.

Lil Boosie -- Massive Alleged Concert Scam Sweeping Country

Lil Boosie is putting concert venues everywhere on notice -- telling TMZ, a massive Boosie concert scam is currently preying on unsuspecting booking agents across the country ... and several people have already fallen victim.

We spoke to several of the alleged victims -- two in Dallas and one in Detroit -- and each of them claim the scam cost them $25,000.

Here's how it happened -- one of the alleged victims LaToya Thompson tells us, she came across a Boosie booking flier on Instagram recently and called the phone number. She says she was eventually put in touch with a man claiming to be Boosie's brother TQ.

LaToya tells us, "TQ" instructed her to wire him $25,000 to book Boosie for a concert in April -- and as soon as the money went through last week, "TQ" went AWOL.

The two other alleged victims tell the same story -- one says he had booked Boosie for an appearance last week, and the rapper never showed. He says "TQ" also never responded to his phone calls.

LaToya sent us the contract -- which lists a Giovany Productions as the company behind the bookings. We tried to get in touch with someone at Giovany but the phone numbers didn't work.

But Boosie says it doesn't matter -- he never gave permission to any company to book him. All bookings must go through his brother TQ -- the real TQ -- and TQ tells us, he was NOT involved in the bookings in question. TQ also says he plans to file a police report.

For her part, LaToya has already filed a police report ... but she's probably SOL.

Steve-O -- Oh I'm Sorry ... I Didn't See Any 'No Backflip' Signs On This Bridge

Steve-O insists police should be THANKING him for doing a high-flying backflip off a San Antonio bridge this weekend -- into four feet of water -- telling TMZ, thanks to him, the entire city now knows ... that bridge should really have "no diving" signs on it.

San Antonio police are currently investigating the incident -- a rep for the SAPD tells us, they're trying to determine how Steve-O should be punished ... because backflipping off that bridge isn't just illegal, it's extremely dangerous.

But Steve-O says that's BS -- telling us, it's dangerous because the city never posted signs on the bridge, warning people that the water below is only 4 feet deep.

He adds, "They've given no indication that people shouldn't jump, and done nothing to warn anyone about the serious dangers of that shallow water. Very irresponsible, indeed."

Steve-O says his video -- shot for his new YouTube channel -- has raised awareness about the dangers of San Antonio bridge jumping ... and he should be rewarded.
