'Naked and Afraid' Couple -- Lessons for Menstruating, Pooping in the Wilderness

"Naked and Afraid" might be the grossest show on television … because just LISTENING to two contestants talk about the various bodily fluid-related obstacles they had to deal with made us sick.

Our photog caught up with Laura Zerra and EJ Snyder from the new season of the show (which debuted last night) and their stories of bug bites, poop trenches, and "time of the month problems" turned our stomachs.

Let's just put it this way ... the phrase "X marks the spot " has a whole new meaning now.
