A guy who claims he was injured on Jennifer Lopez' show "South Beach Tow" has gone to court ... demanding raw footage he believes will prove the whole think is fake ... except for the violence that left him badly injured.
According to court docs, Robert Ashenoff claims he suffered serious spinal injuries on set back in September 2012 -- after co-star Larry Diaz jumped on him out of nowhere -- and he had to undergo spinal fusion surgery.
If it was an accident, that would be one thing -- but Robert claims the so-called reality show is actually SCRIPTED ... and producers instructed Larry to jump on Robert without his knowledge.
Robert wants to sue -- but first, he's asking the court to force producers to turn over all scripts and raw footage from that day ... in order to prove he was set up.
If the evidence backs his claims ... Robert will go for the jugular.

The fighting on "Love and Hip Hop Atlanta" has gotten so out of control ... show honchos are now banning the stars of the show from partying while non-cast members are around ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us ... producers are worried about a massive lawsuit from innocent citizens who get caught in the crossfire of a brawl -- so they've laid down the law ... no more filming parties with normies.

Charlie Sheen got Ashton Kutcher's message loud and clear ... apologizing to Ashton for riding his ass so hard the last few years -- and promising to shut the hell up from here out.
Ashton called Charlie out last night on "Jimmy Kimmel Live," blasting Charlie for constantly berating him on Twitter after Ashton replaced him on "Two and a Half Men." For example, just last month, Charlie tweeted Ashton, "Quit barfing on my old brilliant show."
Ashton turned to the camera and said, "Dude, shut the f**k up! Enough already. It's three years later and you're still blowing me up on Twitter. Come on dude, really?"
And Charlie listened ... apologizing this morning for taking his bitterness toward "Men" creator Chuck Lorre out on Ashton. He tweeted, "Ashton, message received. so sorry, u sounded like me! well done! my bad I was pissed at other crap & took it out on you. hope u r good xox c."

Hilarious video -- Maya Rudolph sideswiped a bunch of roadside garbage cans with her SUV Wednesday ... HARD ... and the accident was all caught on tape.
Maya was driving down the road in L.A. -- pretty fast -- when her side view mirror collided with a garbage can and a recycling bin ... sending both flying into the air.
Needless to say, she lost her mirror in the process ... and had to get out of her car to retrieve it. While she was out, she also put the garbage cans back in place.
In fairness, roadside garbage cans in L.A. are an oversized pain in the ass ...

Snoop Dogg wants to pick up where Prestige Worldwide left off ... hitting up Will Ferrell to record a sequel to the "Step Brothers" rap debut, "Boats n Hoes" ... and it seems like Ferrell is down.
Snoop made the offer during Will's AMA session on Reddit earlier this week ... starting the conversation by saying, "ayy Will, imma need some more cowbell on tha next album, u game?"
Will's response: "Of course! I'm absolutely game, Snoop. I've also got some beats that I want to run by you. I'm warning you now, they're not good.

Sources close to the dancer tell TMZ, 26-year-old Karolina began working as a stripper in Vegas very recently after moving from Chicago -- and when Bieber quietly visited Sin City back in January (before his DUI arrest ) he handpicked the bunny-tatted dancer to come back to his hotel room.
We were initially told by the owner of the photo that the pic was snapped inside an L.A. recording studio, but turns out it was actually taken inside Bieber's Vegas penthouse.
Sources tell us, Bieber and his entourage hand-picked Karolina and two other dancers to come back to the hotel room for private dances ... and Bieber paid them THOUSANDS each in cash.
As soon as they arrived to the room, we're told the girls' phones were confiscated and they were each required to sign one of Bieber's famous confidentiality agreements , barring them from talking about what transpired that night.
Our sources wouldn't say how far things went between Bieber and the girls -- but we're told Karolina voluntarily posed for the boob photo.
As for people saying she looked old enough to be Bieber's mom ... we're told Karolina is NOT too happy about it. Babysitter is more accurate.

Rapper French Montana was as nonchalant as could be walking the streets of NYC Tuesday ... laughing off his arrest during Super Bowl weekend.
No one knew he had been busted ... but turns out French was popped early Saturday morning in Times Square because of a 5-year-old warrant for driving on a suspended license.
French was taken to the pokey and bailed out soon thereafter.

Flea now admits he pulled a Beyonce at the Super Bowl ... pretending to play "Give It Away Now" when in fact it was an air guitar performance.
The lead guitarist for the Red Hot Chili Peppers says the NFL made it clear from the get go -- the vocals would be live but the base, drums and guitar would be prerecorded.
Flea says it was super complicated to pull off the half-time show and the NFL didn't want to botch the spectacle with bad sound.
