Rick Ross -- ARRESTED IN NORTH CAROLINA ... You Got Weed Problems!

Rick Ross was arrested in North Carolina last night ... all because cops say he BLEW OFF a court date stemming from a weed arrest in town last year.

The Boss was taken into custody by the Greensboro Police Department late Friday night ... right after his performance at SuperJam 2014 at the Greensboro Coliseum.

Officials say there had been a warrant out for Ross -- because he never showed up to court to deal with a marijuana arrest in Greensboro back in 2013 ... so, when he came back to N.C., cops pounced.

We're told Ross was cooperative with police -- and has since been released from custody after posting bail.

Weed -- maybe it really does affect memory??

Jeremy 'Dreamy McMug' Meeks Manager Gets Death Threats ... Apparently From Gang Members

Jeremy Meeks first foray into celebrity ain't going so well ... his new manager is already getting death threats ... apparently from gang members.

Meeks' family hooked the convicted felon up with some representation this week -- hoping to capitalize on his new-found fame -- but things quickly went south.

We're told his manager received around 30 harassing phone calls from "gangster-sounding people" ... and one person repeatedly threatened to blow her head off -- saying she deserved to die.

As we previously reported, cops say Jeremy was a member of the Northside Crips gang.

The manager filed a report with the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept.

Shaq had been practicing for months (it's been a secret hobby for years) -- and it looks like the hard work paid off ... with the crowd rockin' and rollin' with every track he put on.

We're told the club was so happy, they gave O'Neal a custom bottle of Shaq Moet champagne as a thank-you gift.

Shia Lebeouf was detained by cops after acting crazy in a New York City club ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

Shia was at a cabaret show at the legendary Studio 54 Thursday night ... when he was smoking inside -- which is against the law -- and "alarming people" by his conduct by being extremely loud.

Police came and handcuffed the actor and taken to the cop shop, where's he's being held.

It's unclear if Labouf will be charged with a crime.

Hope Solo Apologizes -- 'I Love My Family Dearly'

Hope Solo is apologizing for the domestic violence incident from the weekend that resulted in her arrest.

Solo issued a statement on Facebook, apologizing to her fans, teammates, coaches, marketing partners and the entire US Soccer and Seattle Reign FC communities for her involvement "in a highly unfortunate incident."

She writes, "I take seriously my responsibilities as a role model and sincerely apologize to everyone I have disappointed."

Talking about her family, she said, "I love my family dearly. We, like all families, have our challenges but my sincere hope is that we are able to resolve this situation as a family. Adversity has always made us stronger and I know this situation will be no different."

Solo was arrested in Seattle early Saturday morning after allegedly beating up her sister and her nephew ... who is just 17.

'Entourage' Actress Alexis Dziena -- BF Gets Restraining Order -- She Threatened To Hurt Us Both

"Entourage" actress Alexis Dziena had screaming fits and threatened to hurt her boyfriend if he broke up with her ... so claims the fearful BF who just got a restraining order against her.

Jeffrey Francis Ausley says he and Dziena had been dating for a few months, but when he tried to end it, she went crazy ... screaming, throwing tantrums and threatening to harm Ausley and herself.

In court docs, Ausley says the final straw came when Dziena showed up at his house last week with a bag of clothes and announced she was moving in ... and if he didn't go along with it, she'd have him arrested "because she knew how."

Dziena -- who played E's psycho ex-GF on "Entourage" -- has now been ordered to stay 100 yards away from Ausley.

She's been down a similar path before ... in 2011 she tried to get restraining orders against her parents -- fearing her dad would murder her for her money -- but a judge turned her down.

We reached out to Dziena ... so far no word back.
