Marc Anthony Rails on the Stand -- It'd Be 'Tragic' To Pay Her More Child Support

Marc Anthony should change his name to Shakespeare after the drama that just unfolded on the stand in his bitter child support case -- he said it would be "tragic" to pay his ex-wife more child support than he's already giving her.

Marc took the stand Friday , claiming the increase in child support Torres is seeking -- from $13,000 a month to $113,000 -- would be detrimental to his and Torres' children because it's simply excessive.

Anthony insisted he already pays all the costs in relation to his children's needs.

Additionally, Anthony said Torres has historically mismanaged her finances and it would be "tragic" to have that much money at her disposal.

Ben Affleck Kicked Out Of Hard Rock Casino for Counting Cards

Ben Affleck's blackjack days are over ... at least at the Hard Rock in Vegas -- because he was just banned FOR LIFE from playing the game at the casino ... after security says they caught him counting cards.

Affleck was in Sin City earlier this week with wife Jennifer Garner. We're told he planned the Vegas trip as a romantic getaway before he ships off to Detroit for several months to shoot his new Batman movie.

But things took an unromantic turn Tuesday night -- Hard Rock casino sources tell us, Affleck was playing blackjack at a high rollers' table when security swarmed.

According to sources, security informed Affleck he had been deemed an "advantaged player" and was no longer allowed to play blackjack at the Hard Rock. We're told security had spotted Affleck counting cards ... a gambling strategy that involves counting card values to decrease betting risk.

Counting cards isn't technically illegal, but it can get you kicked out of a casino -- which is exactly what happened to Affleck. We're told security arranged for a car service to take him back to his hotel.

FYI, Affleck is a well-known card shark -- back in 2001, he reportedly amassed $800,000 in blackjack winnings (at the Hard Rock no less) by playing three $20,000 blackjack hands at once.

Harry and his friends partied at LIV nightclub at the Fontainebleau Hotel Wednesday night ... after dinner at Hakkasan. We're told Harry was rolling with about 13 guys at the club (not including security) and partied till about 2:30 AM.

Donald Sterling Cancer -- Racist Los Angeles Clippers Owner Battling Cancer (Reports)

Disgraced Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling has been battling cancer for several years, this according to new reports.

Sterling's cancer medication, believe to be for prostate cancer, is what has caused his face to look puffy in recent years, says the New York Post. One source told the paper, "They thought he would die two years ago."

Clippers players were unaware of Sterling's alleged condition. Blake Griffin told reporters after last night's loss to the Golden State Warriors, "If that is true, my thoughts and prayers are with him. Nobody deserves to go through something like that."

Earlier this week, Sterling was banned for life by the NBA and fined $2.5 million for his racist remarks .

Thanks to "Sister Sister" star Tia Mowry we now know why even C-list stars Tweet so much -- because they can make a bloody fortune doing it -- but Mowry claims she got bamboozled out of her earnings by a double-dealing agent.

Tia filed a lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- which shows she made deals to send sponsored Tweets for certain companies ... deals that were supposed to have paid her more than $108,000!!

But according to the suit ... the agent she hired to handle her Twitter deals soaked her for far more than the 10% commission to which he was entitled -- and instead took more than HALF of the Tweet deal cash.

Mowry says she's been cheated out of nearly $60K. She's suing for that, plus another $120K in punitive damages.

Marc Anthony Divorce -- He's Hiding His Millions ... Ex-Wife Tells Judge

Marc Anthony is hiding a fortune ... according to his ex-wife Dayanara Torres who dragged the singer back into court today as she battles to get him to pay more child support.

Both Anthony and Torres were in an L.A. County courtroom ... where she claimed Anthony hasn't been honest in disclosing all of his assets -- including homes and income. She also says he has no problem shelling out money to other people ... claiming he pays $330K a year to support relatives, girlfriends and kids.

Anthony argued he's so rich it would be too hard to calculate every single dollar he earns. He's claimed he already pays Torres more than enough to take care of the kids and anything else would

But the judge wasn't buying what Marc was selling ... and ordered him to submit a complete accounting of his income and expenses by 10 A.M. Tuesday.

As we've reported ... Torres wants a huge increase in monthly child support -- from $13K a month to $113K -- saying she can't give their boys the lavish lifestyle Marc gives them, complete with world travel, private jets and fancy hotels.

When you're Donald Sterling's sugar baby, you can have your cake and eat it too -- V. Stiviano celebrated her birthday last October with a giant cake that said "HAPPY 21st!" ... even though she was actually turning 31 ... and TMZ has the photos.

The party took place at a restaurant inside the Staples Center -- and you can tell from the pics, these were happier times for Sterling ... possibly happier because he thought he was dating a woman 10 years younger than she actually was.

The cake says 21, but we know from court docs ... Stiviano's actually 31.

Sources close to V. Stiviano tell us, she has notoriously lied about her age for years -- so it's not a stretch to think Sterling believed his sidepiece was barely legal.

Not like Sterling would be able to tell the difference anyway.

'Little Women: LA' -- Legal Threats Over 'Little' Britney Spears ... Oops, Don't Do It Again

A new reality show about L.A.'s little women is already running into big legal problems -- and it's all because the show's little Britney look-alike is allegedly acting a little too Britney.

Jeff Beacher from Beacher's Madhouse has sent a cease and desist letter to the producers behind Lifetime's new show "Little Women: L.A." ... telling them to watch their backs when it comes to one of the show's stars, Elena Gant.

Gant has famously worked at Beacher's Vegas theater -- doing a "Little Britney" act -- and Beacher wants her new TV producers to know ... he owns the "Little Britney" schtick and they better not try to lift it.

Beacher claims "Little Women" producers are already exploiting Elena's reputation as "Little Britney" in promotional materials ... and he insists ... it better stop now, or else.

Beacher says he owns the copyright for "Little Britney" -- as well as "Little Miley," "Little Kesha," "Little GaGa," and "Little Katy Perry" -- and he's prepared to sue if they're violated ... for tons of money.

L.A. Clippers For Sale? -- We'll Buy The Clips...But Only If Magic Doesn't Want 'Em

The L.A. Clippers aren't for sale -- yet -- but Donald Sterling's already getting offers, including a serious proposal from a group of investors who claim they're SECOND best ... behind Magic.

TMZ obtained a letter from a Florida law firm claiming to represent a consortium of foreign investors -- including several African-Americans -- who are prepared to offer a "substantial" sum for the team.

BUT ... the proposal is contingent ... first and foremost, the investors say they will NOT negotiate if Magic becomes a serious bidder ... that's because they hold him in such high esteem.

The letter -- written by attorney Bradford M. Cohen -- says, "We will not engage in a bidding war with Mr. Johnson out of respect for his character and his ability to wipe the tarnish off of the LA Clippers from your most recent comments."

The group's other stipulations --

1) A lifetime ban on Sterling from ALL Clippers games (which is already done, done and done).

2) A waiver from all lawsuits stemming from Sterling's conduct, "including alleged statements such as, you wanting to fill your team with 'poor black boys from the South and a white head coach.'"

The investors urge Sterling to consider the offer ... given his current relationship with Clipper coaches and players.

'High Times' -- Smokes The Competition In Court -- You Can't Bogart Our Name

The writers and editors of High Times magazine are probably firing up a celebratory bowl right now ... because a judge just helped them crush a literary competitor.

We broke the story ... High Times -- which devotes itself to all things weed -- sued a competing magazine known as Mile High Times -- saying readers would be unfairly confused.

It wasn't much of a fight ... Mile High Times essentially threw in the towel, agreeing to stop using the phrase "high times" and destroying all publications and websites that use those words. Plus, it can't use other pot-themed phrases made popular by High Times, including "Cannabis Cup."

But, hey, it can use the words "mile high" as much as it wants.

Peaches Geldof -- Report: Death From Heroin Overdose

Peaches Geldof died as the result of a heroin overdose ... according to a London newspaper that says the cause of death will be officially revealed tomorrow at an inquest.

Geldof -- daughter of British rocker Bob Geldof -- was found dead in her Kent home April 7. Authorities called it a "non-suspicious, unexplained sudden death" ... but an autopsy proved inconclusive because the coroner didn't have the results of the toxicology tests.

The Times of London reports the tox report will show she died from an overdose of heroin.

The newspaper report angered a Kent city official ... who told TMZ the toxicology results were supposed to be confidential until tomorrow's inquest, saying "if I find out who leaked it I will cut their balls off."

Yokohama Tires -- Back Rolling with the Clippers ... With a Catch

Yokohama Tire Corporation has reinstated their sponsorship with the Los Angeles Clippers ... but only after an agreement that half of the Clip's money would be given to charity.

Earlier this week -- Yokohama suspended their deal with the Clippers while they waited to see which way the wind would blow.

One day after Donald Sterling's banishment from the NBA, a rep for Yokohama tells TMZ Sports they are ready to resume their sponsorship -- but ONLY if half of the 2014 NBA playoff sponsorship funds are "earmarked to a charity instead of the organization."

It's unclear which charities will benefit from the tire funds -- but we're told they will be organizations focusing on anti-discrimination and tolerance efforts.

In the wake of the sponsorship exodus from the Clippers -- half is definitely better than nothing at all.

Young Money Sued By Teen Group -- You Can't Just Dump Us ... PAY UP

Young Money doesn't pay young money -- at least according to teen boy rap group W3 The Future, who claims the record label unceremoniously dumped them without making good on their contract.

The group's production company Grassroots Productions sued Young Money Entertainment and Cash Money Records, claiming it signed a record deal last May in which Cash Money promised $600,000 to cover both the group's advance ... as well as the recording budget for their first album.

Grassroots claims YME and CMR paid the initial recording fees but ultimately failed to pay the bulk of the $600,000 ... even after W3 The Future delivered their album months later as promised.

Grassroots says CMR simply told them, "Cash Money is not moving forward with this project." And that was that.

'Gravity' Lawsuit -- Famous Writer Says E=MC Screwed

A best-selling novelist says she's the victim of sabotage ... a spy from within who helped Warner Bros. create the Oscar winning flick, "Gravity."

Tess Gerritsen -- who also wrote the "Rizzoli & Isles" crime books -- says she sold the rights to her book, "Gravity" in 1999 to New Line Productions ... but says efforts to develop it into a movie fizzled.

Fast forward years later ... Gerritsen says she was aware of the Sandra Bullock movie, also called "Gravity," but at first thought the similarities to her book were coincidental.

Gerritsen claims while she tried to make her book into a screenplay she wrote new material ... scenes that included a space station being demolished by debris and the female astronaut drifting untethered through space.

Gerritsen had a weird feeling about it ... and her worst fears were confirmed when she found out someone connected to her screenplay ended up working on Bullock's "Gravity."

Another reason she's pissed -- "Gravity" pulled in more than $700 million.

Gerritsen wants a piece of THAT debris, so she's suing Warner Bros.

The studio has no comment.

Columbus Short's Wife -- HELP! He Ransacked Our Home!!

Columbus Short doesn't know when to stop -- at least according to his wife, who claims the former "Scandal" star broke into their house over Easter weekend ... and ransacked the joint.

Short's wife Tanee has filed new court docs, claiming Short busted into their marital home while she was away -- despite a restraining order barring him from the premises -- and left a trail of destruction in his wake.

Tanee claims Short broke a door off its hinges, ripped off her bed sheets, left on a bunch of lights (electricity ain't cheap) -- and made her fear for her safety and the safety of their 2-year-old daughter.

TMZ broke the story, Tanee obtained the restraining order earlier this month, claiming Short put a knife to her throat and threatened to kill her. The order bars Short from entering their home, but he's fighting it ... insisting he has the right to come and go as he pleases because his name is on the lease.

Tanee says the break-in is further proof the restraining order is necessary.

We reached out to Columbus' lawyer ... so far, no word back.

Panic! at the Disco Lead Singer Brendon Urie -- My Roommate Robbed Me Blind

The lead singer of the rock group Panic! at the Disco is a little slow on the uptake -- finally realizing after years his former roommate has been bleeding his bank account dry with unauthorized withdrawals ... at least that's what he claims in a new lawsuit.

Brendon Urie claims in the suit -- obtained by TMZ -- he lived with a guy named Shane Valdez from 2008 - January, 2010. Urie admits to doing something incredibly stupid -- giving his roomie access to his personal bank account to pay shared living expenses.

You can see where this is going ...

Urie claims it wasn't until November 2013 -- long after they stopped living together - that he noticed Valdez had made 70 withdrawals totaling $127,269.54.

Urie says Valdez copped to taking the money, but that an attorney for Valdez says the money was used for a documentary about Urie's life. Urie says the pair never discussed any such project.

Shane tells TMZ the lawsuit is ridiculous, even though he hasn't seen it yet. "We were best friends for a long time and there is nothing about his claims that are true."

And you thought "Single White Female" was scary.
