Charlie Sheen's twins are not freaked out by the giant lizards in Brooke Mueller's house ... they love the squirmy creatures -- according to sources connected to Brooke.Charlie told TMZ his kids are off the hinges when they come home from a stay at Brooke's ... scared to death by the lizards that are terrorizing her home.

Charlie thinks it is yet another example of Brooke's appalling parenting skills ... but our Brooke sources say the kids actually love the lizards and happily play with them for hours.

They also say the lizards are well contained.

TMZ broke the story ... Brooke's first overnight with the kids since living in rehab was last night.

Considering the history of horrible racist people comparing blacks to apes, it just seems like a bad idea.

Then again, there are some people in our office who feel that if any white person (or Latino, Asian or anyone else) can wear an ape costume on Halloween, a black guy should be able to do the same thing.

Lindsay Lohan Raked In $50,000+ to Host Halloween Party -- Casino Wants Its Money Back

Lindsay Lohan was paid north of $50,000 to host a Halloween party at a casino last night, sources tell TMZ -- but she was so late ... the casino wants a chunk of its money back.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us, Lindsay was paid to show up to Foxwoods casino in Connecticut at 10pm, but she didn't arrive until 11:43pm.

When she finally did show up, we're told she blew off the red carpet -- where she was supposed to pose for photos and talk to fans -- and walked straight into the party.

We're told Foxwoods is now trying to renegotiate Lindsay's contract because the casino feels she screwed them over.

Lindsay didn't completely drop the ball. We're told she and co-host Floyd Mayweather Jr. judged the Halloween costume contest together and actually did a decent job. (FYI, Lindsay was dressed as Carrie and Floyd was dressed as Freddy Krueger.)

For what it's worth, we're told Floyd (who was paid about the same as Lindsay) was late too -- but he made up for it by spending time with fans, signing autographs and taking photos.

Lindsay, not so much.

'Mythbusters' Stars Evacuated from LAX -- Gunman Reportedly Shot Up Terminal

A gunman reportedly just opened fire inside a terminal at LAX -- and "Mythbusters" stars Grant Imahara and Tory Belleci were in the danger zone.

Details surrounding the shooting are unclear -- one report says a TSA agent was shot at a checkpoint.

People inside the LAX terminal were evacuated onto the tarmac -- including Belleci and Imahara -- and Belleci tweeted a photo of the mayhem.

He writes, "Shooters in #LAX That was f***ing terrifying! ... Heard gun shots then everyone starting running for the door." Belleci says he and others now being shuttled away from the terminal.

Imahara tweeted, "I was in the Virgin lounge upstairs. Saw everyone pour out of the terminal onto the tarmac. Then I heard shots fired outside ... Virgin promptly locked the lounge doors. About ten minutes later, LAPD armed with automatic weapons arrived to secure the area."

Charlie Sheen -- My Kids Are in Danger ... My Ex is an Evil Whore

Charlie Sheen says his ex-wife Brooke Mueller is a dangerous, EVIL whore who's putting their twin boys in SERIOUS DANGER ... and now, Charlie says he's on a mission to stop her before it's too late.

Sheen just called TMZ and told us ... his 4-and-a-half year old twin boys Bob and Max have already suffered physical and emotional damage from the time they've spent in Brooke's care.

Charlie says the boys are deathly afraid of Brooke's house -- which is covered in pet lizards, various insects and other critters -- and they suffer night terrors after spending time at the home.

Charlie also says Bob suffered a bad rash on his face after recently spending time with Brooke -- a rash that "looked like somebody burned him."

Charlie says he's complained to L.A. Child Services -- but they refuse to help. Instead, Charlie claims, Brooke is getting MORE custody ... and he doesn't understand why.

Sheen ripped Child Services on a Twitter rant last night -- calling them "doosh bags" who have done nothing to protect his children. He also called Brooke an "evil and pathetic über loser" and a "whore."

Sheen says Brooke is supposed to get her first unsupervised overnight visit with the twins tonight -- and Charlie says he's very afraid of what could happen.

Charlie says he's not sure if Brooke is back on drugs, but he is sure about one thing -- "She's as awful a parent and a person as you can possibly draw up."

Tori Spelling -- Porn King Gunning for Sex Tape ... It Could Be Worth Millions

If Farrah Abraham's sex tape was huge, Tori Spelling's could be titanic -- at least according to Vivid President Steve Hirsch, who's already prepared to offer big money to acquire the footage that Tori claims exists.

Hirsch just fired off a letter to Spelling, saying Vivid would like to make a "substantial offer" on the tape, presuming it's actually real (possibly in the millions).

Hirsch writes, "This is a serious offer for a real tape and it could yield significant returns to help you through your difficult financial situation." But first, Hirsch wants to see a clip of the tape to verify its authenticity.

Spelling recently revealed in her new book that she recorded a sex tape with her husband Dean McDermott on Valentine's Day 2009, and one of Dean's "friends" later claimed to have copied the file from Dean's comp.

Spelling says her lawyer quickly went on the attack and they didn't hear from the man again, but now the cat's out of the bag ... and Hirsch is pouncing on the opportunity.

It's unclear if Tori plans to take Hirsch up on his offer, but she might want to consider it -- Tori has also recently said that she and Dean are having money problems.

For what it's worth, Farrah Abraham earned in the "high six figures" for her tape ... nearly $1 million ... so Tori would probably get even more.

TLC's Manager FURIOUS Over Biopic -- I Want Retractions!!!

TLC's former manager is LIVID over the new VH1 biopic about the 90s girl group -- telling TMZ, she was wrongly portrayed as a shyster in the movie ... and now she wants the network to make some serious retractions.

Perri "Pebbles" Reid tells us it has taken her more than a week to respond to the movie -- which aired last Monday -- because she was so shell-shocked by the damning lies in the film. She says, "This unprovoked attack has been extremely upsetting to me and my family."

But the real issue -- she tells us, "CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story" contains "many false and defamatory statements and scenes about me."

If you haven't seen the movie yet, it's not exactly kind toward Pebbles ... portraying her as a shifty parasite who knowingly swindled millions from the group.

But the real Pebbles insists she has never cheated anyone -- let alone the band she "discovered, managed, and mentored" -- and plans to vigorously defend her honor. She says her attorney is already in the process of demanding retractions from VH1.

Calls to VH1 weren't returned.

Chris Brown -- Enters Rehab for Anger Management

Chris Brown has just entered a rehab facility for anger management issues ... presumably to deal with his temper problems and to blunt a possible prison sentence.

Sources tell TMZ ... Brown's attorney, Mark Geragos, just dropped him off at a facility in the vicinity of Los Angeles.

The move doesn't come a day too soon. We've learned the L.A. County probation department is going full bore in its investigation to determine if Brown violated his probation in the Rihanna case by getting arrested in D.C. over the weekend ... after allegedly punching a guy in the nose.

Sources tell TMZ, Brown flew to L.A. after getting released from the D.C. jail and met with L.A. County probation department officials today.

We're told it's likely the probation department will determine that Brown violated his probation and a judge could sentence him to as much as 4 years in prison.

The rehab move could show a measure of good faith and contrition.

Topless Paparazzo Victorious in Boob Lawsuit -- NYC Agrees to Cough Up $40K

A topless paparazzo might have the most valuable breasts in NYC -- TMZ has learned, the City of New York has agreed to pay her $40,000 ... after police arrested her for baring her bazoombas in public.

As we reported, 46-year-old Holly Van Voast -- who regularly prowls the streets, topless, looking for celebs -- sued NYC and the NYPD, claiming officers had no legal right to arrest her for going boobs-out.

In the suit, H.V.V. claimed she's been arrested or detained at least ten times since 2011 for being topless in public, despite toplessness (male or female) being perfectly legal in NYC. Seriously, look it up.

Now, Voast has emerged the victor -- NYC has agreed to fork over a $40,000 settlement.

$40,000 ... that's $20,000 a boob ... pretty pricey.
