Jon Gosselin
Threatens Photog With Gun
... Shot Fired Allegedly
Exclusive
It all went down yesterday in Beckersville, PA when a photog (not ours) followed the reality star home from his new waiter's gig ... trying to snap photos of the cabin where Jon lives.
The photog fessed up ... she followed him off the main roads and onto dirt roads ... but assumed it was a public road and not private property.
We're told as soon as she started snapping away ... Jon made an aggressive b-line for her ... then pulled a gun out of the back of his pants.
The photog says Jon started yelling at her for trespassing ... then fired off a warning shot.
The photog says she booked it ... but Jon followed her until she got back on the main road.
We're told the photog plans to hit up local police this afternoon to file a report.
We tried to reach Jon ... to no avail.

The above photos were snapped on September 11th in Peru, showing Efron smiling with fans. Sources tell TMZ, Zac flew to the South American country for some mountain climbing, as well as to see the ancient Inca ruins of Machu Picchu.
He was also mobbed by screaming girls a week later at an airport in Cuzco, not far from Machu Picchu.
We're not saying he did or did not partake of the local crop while he was there, but it's still ironic.
TMZ broke the story ... Efron entered rehab twice this year for a serious cocaine problem, most recently in April.
Fun fact: according to the White House drug czar (yeah, we got one of those) Peru overtook Colombia as the world's biggest cocaine exporter in 2011. Now that's what we call winning.

Eddie says the Browns' decision to trade away Richardson -- their first round pick from a year ago -- was "shocking to me. They went up and got him, and now they're reneging on the draft pick."
But Eddie adds ... Trent should be excited 'cause, well ... he's playing with a winner now.
"They might have done him a favor actually. Sending him with Andrew Luck ... I think he's in a good situation there."
Eddie also talks about how the Browns pick up the pieces -- perhaps drafting Johnny "Football" Manziel -- and even explains why this is actually a GOOD time to be a Browns fan.

Our Kardiashian-Jenner family sources tell us Bruce had a chunk of tissue removed from his nose on Monday ... and the procedure required 30 stitches.
Bruce was spotted with some serious bandages while getting his morning coffee Tuesday in Calabasas -- and everyone's been wondering what the deal was.
We're told doctors attribute the cancer to sun damage -- remember, Bruce plays a lot of golf.
Bruce underwent the same procedure back in 2012 -- that time the cancerous tissue was on the side of his face -- and docs warned him to use better protection.
We're told Bruce is doing okay now, but he "will probably have a big scar on his nose."

As we reported, Eddie had met 31-year-old Roxanna Bear at Mel's Diner in L.A. just 24 hours before the knife incident and brought her home. The following afternoon, she allegedly flipped and threatened him with the knife ... and Eddie ran out of the house to call police.
Bear then barricaded herself inside, until cops eventually smoked her out (with tear gas) and arrested her.
She has been in jail since, but was just released after finally seeing a judge (so much for a speedy trial).
She pled guilty to a charge of felony vandalism for trashing Eddie's home, and the remaining counts against her -- including the knife threatening thing -- were dismissed.
Bear was sentenced to 312 days in jail for the crime, but was given credit for time served (156 days) due to good behavior. She was also sentenced to 3 years formal probation, and was ordered to complete a 52-week psychiatric counseling program.
She was also ordered to stay 100 yards away from Eddie and his house for the next three years.

Let's face it ... the villain (we mean DH) has a lot in common with the rapper.

Just sayin' ...

Ex-Nintendo president Hiroshi Yamauchi -- who revolutionized the video game industry by introducing the world to Super Mario -- died this morning of pneumonia at a hospital in Japan.
Yamauchi introduced the Nintendo Entertainment System to America in 1985, and followed up by launching the greatest video game franchises in history, including Super Mario, Zelda, and Donkey Kong.
Hiroshi left the company in 2002 -- but reportedly refused to accept his retirement pension allegedly worth between $9 to $14 million dollars ... claiming Nintendo could put it to better use.
With an estimated net worth of around $2.1 billion, Hiroshi was ranked the 13th richest man in Japan at the time of his death.
Hiroshi was 85. He is survived by his wife and 3 kids.
Now fire up that NES and kick some Bowser ass in his honor.

According to witnesses ... some NYC residents saw people with guns near 47th Street and 5th Avenue today, and believed they were about to get caught in a shootout.
We're told officers (real ones) responded ... and discovered the action was all part of the TV crime drama -- and the firearms were just props, but producers were still guilty of a major no-no.
All gun scenes are supposed to be filmed with NYPD supervisors on the set -- and since this wasn't, cops shut down the production.
The Mayor's Office confirmed the show's permit was revoked -- which forced producers to immediately stop shooting for the day.
Sources connected to the production company tell us the whole mess was merely a "scheduling error" -- they started shooting earlier than planned ... before NYPD monitors arrived.
We're told filming will resume again ASAP.

Warner -- worth a reported $2.3 billion -- was charged with federal tax evasion Wednesday morning after allegedly failing to report more than $3 mil in income he earned in an offshore Swiss bank account back in 2002.
But the toy tycoon won't be going to prison for up to 5 years -- he struck a plea bargain with prosecutors to keep his ass out of the big house, agreeing to plead guilty to the tax evasion charge instead ... and pay the penalty ASAP.
Warner's lawyer said the billionaire accepts full responsibility for his actions, calling the debacle "an unfortunate situation that Mr. Warner has been trying to resolve for several years now."

Howard didn't put up a fight either ... agreeing to abide by the terms of the order and pay $14,800 of Michelle's attorney's fees.
