Somewhere Denise Richards is saying "I told you so" ... 'cause Brooke Mueller was seen teaching twins Bob and Max how to attack someone with a huge stick Friday afternoon.

Charlie Sheen's ex-wife Brooke took her kids for a walk in Beverly Hills yesterday and began to entertain them mid-hike by turning her walking stick into a sword ... and flailing it around like He-Man.

As we previously reported, her brother Scott was awarded temporary guardianship over the twins while Brooke deals with her latest drug issues ... and he was there too.

Brand tweeted about the ban today saying his people thought things had been worked out with S.A. officials ... but when Russell landed, airport staff said he couldn't stay.

It's unclear why he's not allowed in South Africa ... but the "Get Him to the Greek" star claimed the same thing happened to him back in '11.

Maybe they had a problem with "African Child??"

Alec Baldwin just played the, "I have a gay friend" card ... putting his male hairdresser on the spot in front of reporters to vouch for his non-homophobia.

It's shameless, it's desperate ... and quite frankly, it's sad.

It wreaks of "dance monkey, dance" ... with Alec asking him straight up -- "Am I a homophobe?"

The guy replied, "Yes, bigtime" ... but it's clear he's joking.

Afterward, we spoke with the hairdresser, who's openly gay, and he told us, "I don’t think he’s homophobic. I don’t at all. Whenever he is in here, we are always talking and cutting hair. He booked an appointment for today, he always does and he is a good tipper.”

The guy says he was not aware of the video of Alec saying c**ksucking f*g" .. but says, "If he did say it … there was probably a good reason behind why.”

The Alec Baldwin meltdown continues -- the actor just shoved another photographer ... and then smacked a camera out of the guy's hand and once again, it was all caught on tape.

The footage begins near Alec's Manhattan apartment (after Alec's confrontation with a local news reporter) ... and shows Alec pushing a photog.

After the photog collects himself, Alec lunges back at him and smacks the camera out of his hand ... knocking it to the ground.

The photog goes back to Alec and says, "You shoved me into a car."Alec responds, "You tried to hit me with a camera."

Photog: "I didn't try to hit you with a camera."

Alec then tells the guy, "You take a walk ... you don't wanna get hurt, do ya?"

The photog backs down ... and Alec eventually ducks into a hair salon.

Another fun Alec Baldwin moment ... this time, the "30 Rock" star THREATENED a local news reporter ... and then called him ugly to boot.

Baldwin was walking back to his Manhattan apartment moments ago when he was approached by a reporter from FOX5 in NYC.

As the reporter tried to ask a question about the stalker case, Baldwin said, "If you're still here when my wife and kid come out, you're going to have a big problem, you know that don't ya?"

Alec turns to walk inside his building and throws out one last barb -- "You ARE as dumb as you look. You are with Fox, right?"

Alec Baldwin -- Fine, I DID Use a Homophobic Slur

Alec Baldwin is finally admitting (and even apologizing) for spewing a homophobic slur at a photog in NYC yesterday ... but shockingly, the slur he's copping to is NOT the F-bomb.

Late last night, Baldwin went to Twitter and wrote, "Rich Ferraro from @glaad informs me that c'sucker is an anti-gay epithet. In which case I apologize and will retire it from my vocabulary."

Of course, Baldwin's referring to the incident outside of his Manhattan apartment ... when called a photog a "c**ksucking f*g."

Funny, Alec is ADAMANT the F-word he used was " " ... even though you can hear it clear as day in the footage, which we posted on TMZ.

A rep for GLAAD has also issued a statement ... saying, "Mr. Baldwin can’t lend his support for equality on paper, while degrading gay people in practice. It's clearly time he listens to the calls from so many LGBT people and allies to end this pattern of anti-gay slurs."

Andy Kaufman is dead as a doornail and he's NOT coming back, so says his last girlfriend -- who tells TMZ, she watched him die ... and the self-proclaimed "daughter" who revealed herself this week is a big fat phony.

56-year-old Lynne Margulies tells us, she was present inside the West Hollywood hospital room when Kaufman passed away in 1984 from a rare form of lung cancer. She was there, and she insists she saw him die with her own eyes.

She says, "I was in the hospital room. I was there. They would have had to switch bodies."

Lynne is convinced the 24-year-old woman who claimed she was Kaufman's daughter this week at the Gotham Comedy Club is just "pulling an Andy" and trying to perpetuate the myth that the comic's still alive.

Lynne believes Andy's brother Michael -- who was hosting the 9th Annual Andy Kaufman Awards when the mystery woman stepped forward -- is in on it too.

Lynne says she knows Andy's REAL daughter Maria, who's in her 40s, and insists Andy has no other children.

Jennifer Love Hewitt -- Fiance Off the Hook After Pap Fight

Jennifer Love Hewitt's fiance won't face criminal charges after allegedly attacking a paparazzo in September -- TMZ has learned, the L.A. County City Attorney has declined to prosecute.

Sources at the City Attorney's office tell us, battery charges won't be filed against 34-year-old Brian Hallisay due to lack of sufficient evidence.

As we reported, a pap filed a battery report against Hallisay following the incident outside Toscana in Brentwood, claiming JLH's fiance attacked him while leaving the restaurant. During the melee, the photog claims his camera hit him in the face near his eye.

Police subsequently launched an investigation ... but apparently, it went nowhere.

Simon Cowell's baby mama Lauren Silverman and her ex won't be settling any future disputes through overpaid lawyers -- they've enlisted a trusted mutual friend to hash out their differences ... a man who also happens to be a famous BILLIONAIRE.

According to the divorce settlement, Lauren and Andrew Silverman have named Sir Philip Green as a mediator. Green is the current CEO of the Arcadia Group, which owns the likes of Topshop, and is worth a reported $5.3 billion.

Under the settlement, Green will be one of two mediators (the other being attorney Martin Edelman) for the next 5 years.

We're told the reason Green was named a mediator is because Lauren, Andrew, and Simon each consider him to be a close friend -- and feel comfortable using Green as a neutral go-between.

How do they all know each other? We're told Green introduced Simon to Andrew and Lauren years ago (while Andrew and Lauren were still together) and all four of them hit it off.

The woman accused of stalking Alec Baldwin found out where the actor lived and took her obsession for him directly to his home ... according to surveillance video presented as evidence in her trial.

The D.A. in NYC just released the video ... showing Genevieve Sabourin walking around inside the lobby of Baldwin's Manhattan apartment building in April 2012. She was arrested outside the building shortly after this video was recorded. Sabourin is also accused of showing up at Baldwin's home in the Hamptons a few days earlier.

Baldwin claims Sabourin was an acquaintance who became obsessed with him ... inundating him for years with phone calls, text messages and emails and professing her undying love for him.

Sabourin claims she and Baldwin had a sexual relationship -- which Baldwin denies -- and her repeated messages to him were merely an attempt to give closure to their romance.

Alec Baldwin's Accused Stalker -- Kim Basinger's Got NOTHING On Me

The woman accused of stalking Alec Baldwin threatened the actor ... that if he didn't pay for her to move to New York to live with him, she would wage a "massive destructive war" worse than his fight with Kim Basinger ... TMZ has learned.

Baldwin's lawyer just submitted a series of crazy emails that Genevieve Sabourin fired off to Alex from 2011 to 2012 ... in which she warns him to call the FBI, because she'll destroy him if she doesn't get what she wants.

In one email, Genevieve writes, "You when [sic] on and on, on a massive destructive war with Kim .. and it will never end between you 2. Do you wishes [sic] to establish the same type of relationship with me?"

Genevieve then lists her demands:

-- Allience in all aspect [sic]

-- a new house in NY and MTL

-- a new wardrobe, car and jewels ... all of what I need to fonction [sic]

-- the best ccm and care to upgrade and maintain my youth, health and beauty

-- travels

-- your fidelity

-- care for my mother (so I could have peace of mind)

In the emails, Genevieve promises Alec that she will "become the most sexy, beautiful and exciting women [sic] you never had."

She also tells Alec that she knows where he lives, works and hangs out ... and that she would take yoga classes with his wife Hilaria to get close to him.

Genevieve says she doesn't want to "hurt you or harm you in any way," but she does want to "straiten your ass out, because you have humiliated me for the last time."

Alec Baldwin -- Accused Stalker Angers Judge ...ORDERED TO JAIL

Alec Baldwin's accused stalker -- who made numerous outbursts at her trial yesterday -- just got NAILED by the judge for contempt of court ... and was ordered to spend 30 days in jail.

Genevieve Sabourin -- on trial in NYC for allegedly stalking and harassing Baldwin -- was back in court again this morning for another day of testimony .... and repeatedly interrupted her own attorney as he tried to argue his case. That's when the judge threw the book at her.

During Baldwin's testimony yesterday ... Sabourin constantly shouted at him, calling him a liar as he described how she had bombarded him with calls, texts and messages for years.

Sabourin claims she has the right to speak out in court ... because she's French-Canadian and she sometimes has trouble with the translation.

The judge said translate this: 30 days.
