The former Golden State Warriors head coach strongly believes the issues in the NFL trickle down from horrible leadership -- and says the buck ultimately stops with Goodell.
"The issue is how poorly the Commissioner and the league is handling the entire situation [Deflate-gate]," Jackson says ... "It's been a horrible year."
"I think they're doing a bad job as far as leadership in the National Football League."

Beyonce threatened a company that came perilously close to using her name to hawk mugs ... and guess what you can't buy anymore?
Etsy -- a craft website that's a cross between eBay and Pintrest -- was hawking Feyonce mugs. They became a thing ... when someone got engaged lots of people went to the website and bought the happy couple mugs to celebrate the occasion.
The singer felt the pun was more than coincidental -- right down to the accent on the last "e" -- so her lawyers fired off a letter to the company crying foul ... and then threatening them.
Etsy got the message and took the items off the artist's online shop. But all is not well. Etsy still has other feyonce items on it's site, including clothing and glassware. And these items are selling big.

We're told Kim's "Selfish" book contains pics she took of herself in the year George Orwell made famous. She picked up a camera and instinctively decided there was nothing better than photographing herself ... so she did.
Here's what Kim said in pitching the book, "I took pictures of myself with digital cameras when I was in junior high and high school, and I just got hooked." And this will shock you ... she says, "I was always obsessed with selfies."
And we're told ... the book was Kanye 's idea. He titled it and his creative team -- Donda -- came up with the look.
It's due out in May.

There was a turning point in Milk's life when he and Justin sold some of the Biebs' spray paint cans and auctioned them off to benefit typhoon victims in the Philippines.
We found out Milk is hooked ... on charity. He sold his weed company and launched an 11-city hospital tour where he recruits celebs who record videos for children fighting serious illnesses.
Zendaya , Travis Barker and a bunch of other celebs have joined forces with Milk and the tour is already viewed as a big success.
Tyson's foundation, FAM -- Fighting All Monsters While Finding All Meaning -- expects to raise millions of bucks with the help of his celeb friends.

Hope Solo has been suspended by the U.S. Women's soccer team ... just days after she got into it with police while her husband was being arrested for DUI.
TMZ Sports broke the story ... Solo and ex-NFL player Jerramy Stevens were "acting belligerent" when Stevens was stopped by cops in Manhattan Beach, CA early Monday morning ... with law enforcement sources telling us both Stevens and Solo were "a major pain."
Now, U.S Soccer has issued a statement saying ... "During our current national team camp, Hope made a poor decision that has resulted in a negative impact on U.S. Soccer and her teammates. We feel at this time it is best for her to step away from the team."

We're told the crew went crazy, and they love Will. To a person they say he's the nicest guy they've ever worked with. Some of them say they worked with Will 15 years ago and he hasn't changed a bit.
We don't know if Will or the studio paid, but he's the one who threw the shindig, and the cast and crew couldn't be happier ... and dare we say fatter.

A t-shirt company stole Richard Pryor's swag ... according to a suit filed by the late great comic's widow.
Jennifer Lee Pryor says Fret Shirt -- a company that specializes in irreverent tees -- used a pic of Pryor emblazoned with the word "Swag" ... but did so without her permission. Now she's suing to stop production on the line, and get her piece of the profits.
In the docs ... Pryor is demanding they shell out $5 mil in damages.
It's hardly necessary, but Jennifer boasts about Richard's accolades in the suit ... pointing out he won 5 Grammys and an Emmy during his legendary career.
Her point -- Pryor was definitely swag ... you just gotta pay for it.
Ryan Gosling -- Shut Down in Court ... Stalker is MIA

Ryan Gosling is in a frustrating situation ... he wants protection from a woman who has been stalking him but the judge just shot him down because the woman is nowhere to be found.
Gosling's lawyers laid their cards on the table Tuesday morning ... they just can't locate Grace Marie Del Villar ... the woman who has shown up at Ryan's house in the middle of the night and sent him harassing emails and packages.
Gosling got a restraining order against her late last year but it has expired so he made a move to have it extended for 3 years.
Problem is ... Villar lives in NYC and Gosling's team can't find her. The judge dismissed the case Tuesday morning because the only way to get a restraining order is to personally serve the alleged stalker.
Sources connected with Gosling tell TMZ ... if she shows up again in L.A. they're ready to pounce in court.
'One Life To Live' Actor Brandon Buddy -- Soap Star Sudsin' ... Busted For DWI

Former "One Life To Live" star Brandon Buddy's already made a few bad choices in real life this year -- which is kinda written all over his face in this mug shot -- he got busted for DWI in Texas.
Law enforcement sources tell us ... cops were alerted on Sunday when a seemingly intoxicated Buddy -- covered in scratches -- was seen taking off in his car after grabbing beer at an Austin gas station.
After being stopped, an allegedly semi-conscious Buddy was evaluated at a nearby hospital and arrested for DWI.
Buddy's also being investigated for possessing dangerous drugs. Cops say they found prescription meds in his car on Jan. 4th.
He's still in jail for the DWI.

TMZ broke the story ... Jay and Bey put an offer in on a sick Beverly Hills mansion ... we're told just shy of $70 mil. At the time we were told they were only several million off from sealing the deal. But former Minecraft mastermind Markus Persson swooped in and sealed the deal for $70M.
Mr. and Mrs. Z have told close friends in L.A. they really wanted that house and it's soured them on looking further. They looked before eyeing the property and found nothing they really liked.
So for now ... they're putting L.A. on ice.
The Dirty -- FBI Launches Investigation Over Hacked Website

The FBI is on the hunt for hackers who shutdown Nik Richie 's website The Dirty ... and the reality star tells us he's hemorrhaging money.
The Dirty has been down for weeks after a team of hackers began hitting the site with a DDoS attack -- which basically floods a server with so many requests it shuts down.
Nik tells us he contacted FBI investigators and they're on the case.
Richie says he's lost $250-300K this month alone in Super Bowl ads he couldn't deliver. He's also losing out because of cancelled appearances because he promotes them on his site.
Nik is blunt ... "These hackers are hypocrites. My website promotes free speech. F****** losers."
Seth Rogen -- Compares 'American Sniper' to Fake Nazi Propaganda Movie
"American Sniper" is nothing more than a right wing propaganda film for the Iraq War ... so says Seth Rogen, who compared the flick to a fake movie about a Nazi sharpshooter.
'Sniper' absolutely destroyed at the box office this weekend, but the film has its share of liberal detractors. The fact it was directed by right wing poster child Clint Eastwood probably doesn't help.
Rogen -- whose movie "The Interview" caught political fire recently -- chimed in, tweeting, "American Sniper kind of reminds me of the movie that's showing in the third act of Inglorious Basterds."
The movie he's referring to was called "Stolz der Nation (Nation’s Pride)" ... which, in "Basterds," shows a German sniper killing 200 Allied soldiers from a clock tower.
Michael Moore also chimed in, saying, "My uncle [was] killed by sniper in WW2. We were taught snipers were cowards. Will shoot u in the back. Snipers aren't heroes. And invaders r worse."
After a $90 million weekend, we doubt Clint cares one bit.
