Chris Brown's history of having a temper could bite him in the ass ... because his baby mama's ex-husband is putting the singer on notice -- watch your temper around my family, or we've got a problem.

TMZ spoke with Terry Avery -- who says he was married to Nia from 2003 - 2014 -- and they have a 13 year-old daughter together ... which is why he's letting Chris know he means business.

Terry says he and Nia were separated when she got knocked up ... but since Avery knew it wasn't his kid, he finally filed for divorce. He claims he had no idea the baby belonged to C.B.

Avery tells us he's aware of Chris' notorious temper and says he better not lose it around Nia and the kids, or there will be repercussions. He was not more specific about what that means, but its clearly a threat.

Porn legend Asia Carrera was arrested Thursday in St. George, Utah for driving drunk with her daughter in the car ... and cops say her blood-alcohol level was MORE THAN DOUBLE the legal limit.

Cops reportedly received a call saying a woman was passed out on a couch in the Washington County School District building. Officers say they found Asia reeking of booze and she copped to driving beforehand with her daughter.

Asia -- real name Jessica Steinhauser -- took cops to her car, but reportedly attempted to leave during their talk ... so cops detained the former XXX actress for a field sobriety test.

Cops say the AVN Hall of Famer failed to pass -- and even fell during one walking attempt -- then blew a 0.254 and 0.202 BAC on two different machines ... well over the legal limit of .08.

Asia was booked for driving under the influence of alcohol with a minor and released the same day.

Justin Bieber's never-ending 21st birthday party was busted up, temporarily ... when a group of girls who got 86'd from the festivities got pissed off and called Miami Beach PD ... TMZ has learned.

Justin, who's freshly legal to drink ... was hanging with friends at the posh Miami Beach Edition hotel Friday night. Law enforcement sources tell us around 8:50 PM ET cops got a call from the chicks ... who claimed Justin's security kicked them out of his hotel room after some sort of argument.

We're told the ladies were upset because they'd left some things in the room, and couldn't retrieve them.

Cops went to the hotel and escorted the women to Justin's room ... where we're told everything suddenly got smoothed out -- and the girls were actually invited to rejoin the bash.

Funny how that happens when cops show up. Calls to Justin's reps have not been returned yet, but bottom line -- no arrests, no citations.

Harrison Ford -- Fore!!! Golf Course Reopens For Play

Santa Monica golfers can officially play through Harrison Ford's massive divot on the 8th hole ... the municipal course is open for play again ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Penmar Golf Course officials tell us they reopened as soon as Ford's wreckage was removed from the tee box for the 8th hole on Friday afternoon. We're told the damage to the course hasn't been fully repaired yet, but golfers are being told to treat it as a hazard.

One last thing ... anyone whose play was interrupted by Harrison's crash landing is eligible for a full refund ... according to the course president.

'Street Outlaws' Driver -- Murder Charges in Street Racing Accident

EXCLUSIVE

Izzy Valenzuela -- who appeared on the Discovery channel show "Street Outlaws" -- was arrested Thursday and charged with two counts of murder for his role in a street racing accident.

According to the L.A. County D.A.'s Office, Valenzuela was racing another man, Michael Gevorgyan, on February 25 when Gevorgyan lost control of his car and crashed into a crowd.

Two people in the crowd died and a third was injured.

Los Angeles has strict street racing laws, which is why Valenzuela is being charged even though his car didn't kill anyone. He's currently in jail, and prosecutors want him held on $2 million bail.

If convicted, Valenzuela faces 33 years to life in prison.

TMZ spoke to Valenzuela the day after the fatal street race -- we had a tip he might have been involved -- and he claimed he'd been at his auto shop that night ... and wasn't involved.

We've learned Nia named the kid Royalty. What we don't know ... whether she consulted Chris before inking the birth certificate.

TMZ broke the story ... Chris and Nia got it on summer of 2013 and she gave birth 9 months ago. As we reported, Karrueche was blindsided ... she had no idea until minutes before TMZ posted the story Tuesday afternoon.

As for Chris' involvement ... we're told he calls Nia regularly and now says he wants to openly participate in raising the baby. Nia and Royalty live in Texas, and Chris says he'll gladly fly there regularly to parent her.

Skid Row Attack -- 4 Cops Take Down Homeless Man ... For Destroying TV Camera

LAPD officers surrounded a homeless man on Skid Row, and slammed him to the ground before arresting him for attacking a news camera crew ... and the gripping and violent incident was captured on video.

L.A.'s FOX affiliate KTTV had a team shooting a story on Skid Row ... when a guy suddenly grabbed their camera, twisted, and smashed it. Video of the incident shows the attack was unprovoked.

The KTTV crew then called 911, and at least 4 officers responded. Watch the video ... they lock arms as they approached the suspect, and then an intense fight begins. One of the officers eventually pulls out a Taser ... though it's unclear if he actually used it.

Tensions are running high in L.A. after video surfaced of LAPD officers shooting and killing a homeless man known as "Africa" while trying to subdue him.

Chris Brown had his cake and banged it too -- because months before he knocked up his baby mama ... he was partying with her AND Karrueche Tran at the same time.

Karrueche, who was Chris' gf at the time, actually had her arm around Nia in a photo they took -- with Christina Milian too -- during a Las Vegas party back in May 2013. Chris was nearby ... mean-mugging with his homies.

Nia got pregnant with Chris' baby later that summer. We're guessing the ladies won't be having a reunion anytime soon.

We've also learned Nia was very popular on the video vixen scene ... appearing in several music videos, including a half-naked role in Phil Wade's "Dreams of You" video.

Las Vegas Erotic Museum -- Couple Busted Banging All Over '50 Shades of Grey' Themed Event

There's a couple of banging bandits on the loose in Vegas -- after they got busted celebrating "Fifty Shades of Grey" all over a Sin City museum ... which may seem appropriate, but it's still illegal.

TMZ obtained surveillance video of their bare-assed exploits around the Erotic Heritage Museum -- which was featuring an homage to kink on Valentine's Day ... and after-hours the couple went on a room-by-room sex spree.

First, they found a hiding spot and waited for the museum staff to clear out ... and the house lights to go down. Then the banging began in earnest. The couple didn't hold back as they moved around -- but they didn't realize security was watching.

Dr. Victoria, who heads up the museum, tells us security alerted staff members who returned to bust the exhibitionists. You gotta see their half-naked getaway once they realized the jig was up.

Bobby Brown's Family Shooting Reality Show During Bobbi Kristina Crisis

Bobby Brown 's family is grieving over the dire circumstances surrounding Bobbi Kristina ... and we've learned they're also shooting a reality show.

Sources connected with the production tell TMZ ... Bobby's 2 sisters, brother and their kids are shooting the show about their lives, and part of it will chronicle Bobbi Kristina fighting for her life.

Bobby's lawyer tells TMZ his client will NOT appear on the show.

Bobby's sisters have a history. Leolah is the one who went on the record blaming Ray J for Whitney Houston's death , claiming he fatally fueled her cocaine habit.

Tina is the one who did a sit-down interview and claimed she did crack with Whitney. Tina and Shayne are also the ones who fought at a hotel near the hospital. She hit her son Shayne with a bottle. It's unclear if that will be on the show.

It appears that they have not shot video in the hospital, but we're told they have regular debriefs at home on camera where they talk about the tragedy .

Sylvester Stallone -- Busts Up Brawl on the Set of 'Creed'

Rocky's not taking any mess on his set -- Sylvester Stallone had to bust up a very real brawl during filming of the latest Rocky flick, "Creed" ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to production say things went ballistic in Ashton, PA Monday when boxer/actor Tony Bellew -- who's playing Pretty Ricky -- dove out of the boxing ring, mid-scene, and began unloading on the guy playing his corner coach. It was NOT part of the scene.

Sly still has the eye of the tiger -- we're told the fight was broken up when he, and a few others, jumped in to pull the men apart.

It's not clear what prompted the fight, but the we're told security threw everyone out and police were called to the location.

Unclear at this point, if anyone plans to press charges.
