Lamar Odom -- 'I've Never Been Better In My Life'

Lamar Odom has RESURFACED in Hollywood -- hitting the L.A. club scene last night and claiming he's never been better in his life.

TMZ Sports was outside Hooray Henry's in West Hollywood on Friday ... when Lamar rolled up with some of his buddies and starting chatting with an old friend about how great things are going for him.

It's the first time we've seen Odom at the clubs since May -- when he was denied at Penthouse ... because Khloe Kardsashian was inside with French Montana.

Odom has been spotted around town running and working out ... but it's unclear if he's prepping his body for another NBA run ... or the singles scene.

We tried to ask Odom if he felt like he had any basketball left in him ... but he wouldn't say. He was dropped by the NY Knicks back in the summer. No word if there has been any interest from any other NBA teams.

Bill Cosby -- LAPD Needs Hef's Help

The LAPD investigation into alleged sexual assault at the Playboy Mansion by Bill Cosby is less than a day old, but cops already have their sights set on Hugh Heffner's estate for critical evidence.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the first thing they need to determine is whether Cosby and his accuser -- who was 15 at the time -- were even at the mansion.

As TMZ first reported ... Judy Huth and her lawyer Gloria Allred went to LAPD Friday afternoon and filed a police report . As we previously reported, the LAPD will investigate even though it's pretty clear the statue of limitations has long ago run -- the alleged incident occurred in 1974.

Our sources say detectives are hoping Heffner's people will be helpful, but it's unclear how much can be documented from an event that went down 4 decades ago.

Cosby says Huth is a liar , who unsuccessfully tried selling her story to the tabloids ten years ago.

Cosby's lawyer also says her claim that she and Cosby played a beer game is absurd because Cosby is a lifelong non-drinker.

Rapper Beanie Sigel was rushed to a local hospital Friday morning in New Jersey after he was shot in the stomach ... and cops believe there was a scuffle before he got capped.

Pleasantville PD officials say they responded to a shooting around 10AM and discovered Sigel on-scene ... but he was NOT unconscious.

We're told the rapper was immediately taken to a local hospital and rushed into surgery.

Cops believe there was a physical altercation before the shooting ... but they don't know if the other man on scene was involved, or just a witness -- since he's refusing to talk.

Police are waiting to interview Beanie for more info ... so as of now, there are no suspects.

Megan Fox, Brian Austin Green Hit By Drunk Driver

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green had a rough Thursday night, when they were sideswiped near Mulholland Drive by a drunk driver.

We're told Brian was driving a Range Rover at 9:30 PM when a Mini Cooper going in the opposite direction crossed over the yellow line and somewhat violently sideswiped them ... enough to blow a tire. The Mini Cooper spun around and eventually stopped.

Brian called the cops, they came and arrested the Mini driver. Our law enforcement sources say the 35-year-old guy was twice the legal limit.

Megan and Brian were not hurt.

Gabriel Aubry's night out on the town was really hairy ... courtesy of 6-year-old Nahla.

Gabriel and Nahla dined at a L.A. restaurant, and it's the first time we've seen her since Halle Berry hauled him into court last month, claiming Gabriel had straightened her hair and lightened it to make her look white.

The judge ordered both Gabriel and Halle to leave Nahla's naturally curly hair alone, and it looks like that's exactly what's happening, although a cynic might say Gabriel is trying to manually do the job again.

We've learned Gabriel NEVER used chemicals on Nahla's hair. It was all courtesy of a blow dryer. What's more, we're told Gabriel thinks Halle is being ridiculous and is just trying to keep the custody war going over nothing.

Wiz and Carla definitely did the deed -- no one's denying that -- but a source close to the situation says a camera was rolling during their fling. The source says the footage is now being offered around Hollywood ... with the hopes of releasing the next big sex tape.

One problem -- we're told Wiz had NO IDEA he was being recorded at the time. Sources close to Wiz tell us if anyone does try to release the video ... he's ready to lawyer up to block it.

Georgia prosecutors clearly don't have a sense of humor -- they can't even tell the difference between a real death threat and a funny one ... so claims the guy who threatened to kill Mama June and Pumpkin.

Andrew Kurt Summers -- who now faces felony charges of making terroristic threats -- went on Facebook and threatened to shoot June and her daughter.

But Summers tells TMZ ... he was never serious. It was simply, as he puts it, "a joke, a dumb mistake."

Summers says he has no ill will toward the family. He says he was trolling her Facebook page because of the Mark McDaniel situation . As for what he specifically wrote ... he won't say because the case is going to trial. Nor would he explain how a threat to shoot someone is funny.

Summers was in proximity of the Honey Boo Boo clan. He lives just outside Atlanta, 2 hours from their home.

He's freaked out about the prospect of prison, saying he's a law abiding citizen with a clean record.

And clearly not that funny.

Seth Rogen is top dog in the new movie "The Interview" ... scoring nearly $2 million more than his co-star James Franco, according to the latest leaks.

The budget of the movie has gone online, and it shows Seth scoring $8.4 million plus back end profits, while Franco got $6.5 mil. But Rogen was also the producer, director and writer, so maybe just for acting Franco actually did better.

Kevin Federline -- who had a cameo -- didn't fare so well. He got $5k for his work.

And this is fun. There's a line item for props ... "table of weed, coke, pills and panties." The items were budgeted at $250, but it looks like a thrifty crew member snagged the stash for $241.

The plotline is an assassination attempt against Kim Jong-un. Sony denies reports it's P.I.'s have linked North Korea to the leak, and a North Korean diplomat has just come out with a similar denial.

Bill Cosby -- Backs Out of Next Shows ... On Heels of Gloria Allred's Challenge

Bill Cosby immediately postponed his upcoming live shows ... just minutes after Gloria Allred tried to shame him into putting up $100 mil for his alleged victims.

Cosby was scheduled to do 2 shows in Tarrytown, NY (just N. of NYC) on Saturday -- but about 5 minutes after Gloria's announcement ... the Tarrytown Music Hall said the shows had been delayed.

The venue said Cosby and the promoter reached the decision together ... and everyone will get full refunds. Unclear if the postponement was in direct response to the Allred news conference, but the timing is suspicious.

Several other theaters had already canceled or rescheduled Cosby shows, although his last one in Florida went off without a hitch.
