Gloria Allred is about to reveal a plan for the women accusing Bill Cosby of sexual assault to get their pound of flesh ... and 3 of the accusers will be right next to her.
Allred says she will reveal "the best way for all of the women who allege that they were victims of Bill Cosby to obtain justice." She seems to acknowledge the women have an insurmountable hurdle ... the statute of limitations.
Allred says her plan is "fair to Bill Cosby."
