Tracy Morgan Crash -- Walmart Says It Will Take Full Responsibility ... If Its Driver's to Blame

Walmart is stepping up ... saying it will pay expenses for the victims in the crash that left Tracy Morgan in critical condition Saturday morning if its driver is found at fault ... this according to their CEO.

Walmart President/CEO Bill Simon says they're working with investigators to figure out what led to the crash ... adding, "this is a tragedy and we are profoundly sorry that one of our trucks was involved."

Simon says, "We can't change what happened, but we will do what's right for the family of the victim and the survivors in the days and weeks ahead."

Prosecutors have already charged the driver, Kevin Roper, with death by auto ... among other charges.

Tracy Morgan Crash -- Truck Driver Charged With Death By Auto

The guy driving the Walmart truck that crashed into Tracy Morgan's limo bus Saturday morning has been charged with death by auto ... TMZ has learned.

The Middlesex County Prosecutors Office says 35-year old Kevin Roper was charged with 1 count of death by auto and 4 counts of assault by auto.

Roper's bail has been set at $50k ... and prosecutors expect him to surrender.

As we previously reported, Morgan was riding in a limo bus on the NJ Turnpike on his way home from a gig last night ... when it was rear-ended by an 18-wheeler and overturned.

Tracy and another passenger were airlifted to a nearby hospital where they remain in critical condition. Another passenger, James McNair, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Prosecutors say the cause of the 6-vehicle wreck is still under investigation.

'Talladega Nights' Star 'Ricky Bobby' ARRESTED for Reckless Driving

The kid who played 10-year old Ricky Bobby in "Talladega Nights" allegedly caused a 5-car pileup in Alabama Wednesday while driving more than double the speed limit -- so cops shake-n-baked him.

The Trussville PD says they put out an arrest warrant for Luke Bigham this week for driving 80 mph in a 35 zone and crashing his Lexus into another car ... causing the multi-car wreck.

Bigham was the only person hospitalized ... and he turned himself in the next day for misdemeanor reckless driving. He was processed and released.

If you 'aint first ... you're arrested.

The man who called 911 when "Brady Bunch" star Ann B. Davis pleaded with dispatchers to send "someone quickly" after the fall that eventually led to her death ... this according to a 911 tape obtained by TMZ.

As for the photo of her holding the product -- she implies someone put it in her hand on a red carpet event, snapped a pic ... which ended up on Slim Spray's website and ads.

In the docs -- filed Wednesday in L.A. -- she points out the "Shark Tank" crew dismissed the spray as nothing more than a "hustle."

She wants Marz Group -- the makers of Slim Spray -- to quit using her image ... and she asking for damages.

Bieber's camp wanted the video out so he could own up to what he'd done.

There was a major Secret Service breach this week in Poland ... because someone was able to sneak video of President Barack Obama working out at the gym ... and it's not pretty.

Obama, who is in Poland to rally Eastern European support against Russian aggression, was filmed working out in a hotel in Warsaw ... and somehow whoever took the video managed to do so without being made by Secret Service.

Chris Brown D.C. Assault Case -- Prosecutor Wants Trial to Begin ASAP

Chris Brown could be on trial in his D.C. assault case sooner than he thought ... because TMZ has learned the prosecutor is using his probation violation to angle for an early trial date.

As TMZ first reported ... despite his admission of violating his Rihanna probation, Brown maintains he didn't specifically admit guilt in the D.C. assault case.

But TMZ has obtained documents filed today by the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia ... asking a judge to now make June 25 the start date for the trial ... instead of just a status conference.

The prosecutor disagrees with Brown's assertion ... and says his admission DOES count as an admission of guilt in this case, and therefore the trial should begin without any further delay.

If the judge agrees, Brown will be back in a D.C. court before the end of the month.

V. Stiviano -- Police Arrest Alleged Attacker

One of the guys who allegedly punched V. Stiviano in the face was arrested in NYC today ... TMZ has confirmed.

According to cops ... the suspect is Dominick Diorio ... a 40-year-old from Long Island -- and he's been charged with third degree assault as a hate crime and harassment.

As we reported ... Stiviano claimed 2 men jumped her Sunday night outside the Gansevoort Hotel in NYC. Her attorney says the men punched her and hurled racial slurs.

ABC first reported today's arrest.

As far as the 2nd suspect is concerned -- NYPD says its investigation is ongoing.
