Lamar Odom was seen for the first time since his DUI arrest (barely) ... getting around the only way he can now ... IN A TAXI.

TMZ broke the story ... Lamar was popped for a DUI in L.A. early Friday morning after cops believed he was driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol. Lamar refused all chemical tests and as a result his driver's license was suspended for year.

As for where he was headed ... the agency who took the photos claims they were snapped outside the gated community where Khloe and Lamar's house is. But frankly, it's hard to tell.

Justin Bieber -- Attacked at Nightclub

Justin Bieber was bum rushed in a Canadian nightclub by an over eager partier who tried in vain to tackle him -- and TMZ has the pics.

It all went down at 3 am today at a Toronto nightclub. Sources on scene tell us JB left his safe VIP section to mingle with the regular folk -- and that's when a male clubgoer charged at him, got hold of his shirt and attempted to take him down.

In the pics ... you can see security rushed in stat and managed to pull the guy off Bieber -- successfully taking him to the ground. In the midst of the chaos we're told JB was seen trying to defend himself, unleashing a fury of kicks.

The attacker was escorted out of he club. Police were never called.

JB and his crew also made a hasty retreat.

Allen Iverson's Ex-Wife -- I Want $1.2 MILLION RIGHT NOW

Allen Iverson's ex-wife is sick and tired of dragging him to court to squeeze out child support ... she's asking a judge to make him cough up the next 13 years worth RIGHT NOW -- a cool $1.2 MILLION.

TMZ broke the story ... after the couple's nasty divorce Iverson was ordered to pay $8000/month in child support for their 5 kids. Problem is, Tawanna has gone to court on numerous occasions because A.I. won't pay.

It came to a head in July when a judge threatened Iverson with jail , unless he forked over $40,000 in back support -- which he did . But Tawanna says she doesn't want to keep running into the same problem.

On August 1st she filed docs asking a judge to make A.I. cover ALL the support through October 2026 (when their youngest turns 18). After the math, it comes to $1,272,000 ... which Tawanna wants put in a trust for the children.

A court has yet to rule.

Sean Kingston -- I Settled Gang Rape Lawsuit

Sean Kingston has settled up with the 22-year-old girl who accused the singer and his former bodyguards of gang rape back in 2010, sources close to Kingston tell TMZ.

Sources tell us, Kingston settled NOT because he's admitting guilt, but because his upcoming tour and new album release will prevent him from focusing his energies on a messy civil trial.

Our sources close to Kingston's team say he paid the alleged victim only a fraction of what she asked for in order to make the lawsuit disappear as soon as possible. They didn't tell us the exact amount of the settlement.

That said, we're told Kingston believes he would have won the case outright if it went to trial ... the same way he dodged criminal charges three years ago.

As one source said, "Her story wasn't consistent. She told various stories throughout her interviews with police. Her friend's story wasn't consistent with hers. The medical report had no indications of force."

As we reported, Kingston acknowledged having sex with the girl -- when she was 19 -- but said the sex was consensual. The lawsuit is expected to be dismissed shortly.

Chappelle is under fire after storming off the stage at a comedy show in Connecticut last night. The comic apparently had a meltdown after being heckled by people in the crowd.

According to NBC Connecticut, Chappelle had only been on stage for a few minutes when he started to become frustrated with the number of comments from the audience.

Chappelle reportedly stopped his routine -- lectured the crowd about heckling -- and then quietly sat on a stool for the next 25 minutes before finally walking off stage.

Now, according to NBC, several fans who attended the show are demanding a refund.

It's not the first time Chappelle has exhibited bizarre behavior -- he stopped his show in Miami back in 2011 to check his text messages ... and in 2010, he "freaked out" on a flight from Jersey to Ohio.

We broke the story ... Tyrese went to the hospital Friday night, after he fainted inside The Park nightclub in D.C. during an appearance with his new TGT bandmates Tank and Ginuwine. He fell so hard he injured his arm .

These are pics of Tyrese before and after it happened. At first, the singer is totally fine, standing up and looking out at the crowd. The next moment he's conked out, surrounded by people trying to wake him up.

Luckily, Tyrese was fine after the incident -- minus the busted arm -- explaining he fainted due to pure exhaustion ... after running himself ragged promoting his new album.

Jenny McCarthy -- Famous Friends Busted for Public Intoxication

Jenny McCarthy's latest fundraising event must have been a BLAST ... because a bunch of her famous friends got busted for public intoxication afterwards.

The event -- a fundraiser for a local children's school -- began at a hotel in St. Charles, IL and eventually moved to a nearby bar called EvenFlow around 12:30 AM.

It's unclear what happened afterwards, but at 5:45 AM "General Hospital" star Kelly Monaco, "Bones" actor Heath Freeman, pro dancer Serge Onik, and Jenny's sister Joanne McCarthy were all issued $50 tickets outside the bar ... for public intoxication.

According to police reports, Joanne McCarthy told cops the group had been drinking inside EvenFlow up until they left the place around 5:45 AM, right before police arrived in response to a neighborhood noise complaint. We're told they were all waiting for cabs when police arrived.

FYI, drinking establishments are supposed to stop serving booze after 2 AM in that area.

Jenny McCarthy was NOT involved in the incident.

Fergie underwent a c-section procedure at an L.A. hospital -- and as we reported, the 38-year-old singer will be recuperating in style, staying in one of the V.I.P. suites famously used by celebrities like Kim Kardashian and Dwight Howard.

The name doesn't feel like a coincidence ... you'll recall Fergie performed the Guns 'N Roses hit "Sweet Child O' Mine" at the 2011 Super Bowl halftime show.

Actor Murray Gershenz Dead -- Old Man from 'The Hangover' Dies at 91

Felix from "The Hangover" -- aka the old man who gets his balls checked in the best hospital scene ever -- has passed away at the age of 91, TMZ has learned.

The actor's name was Murray Gershenz, and his rep tells us he died from a fatal heart attack Wednesday.

Murray didn't begin his acting career until the age of 80, but he had since accumulated an impressive body of work ... including movie roles in "The Hangover," and "I Love You Man" ... and TV roles on "Parks and Recreation," "Will & Grace," "Mad Men," "Modern Family," and a bunch of sketches on "Jimmy Kimmel Live."

Up until his death, Murray's rep says the actor was in stellar shape.

The actor is survived by his 3 children, his 2 grandchildren, and his 2 great grandchildren.

"The number of people attending kept on growing and the positive word of mouth in Ibiza was just phenomenal," the owner tells us.

It's unclear how much cash Paris will rake in for the 2014 gig -- but we're told it's not really about the money, Paris just wants to prove she can hang with the big boys.

Justin Bieber and Tyler, the Creator got straight up romantic during a burger run in L.A. last night, splitting a strawberry milkshake while they enjoyed their 100% ground beef heart-stoppers.

Bieber Instagrammed the photos today showing him and Tyler hitting up a Fatburger on Sunset around 3:30 AM, but we've learned exactly what they ordered ... and it's cuter than anything Justin ever ordered with Selena Gomez.

We're told Biebs and Tyler got two burgers -- one cheese no bacon, one cheese no pickles -- and one order of skinny fries. (NOT FAT FRIES?? ARE YOU CRAZY??)

But the adorable part ... sources inside the restaurant tell us they also ordered one strawberry milkshake to split.

Don't worry, ladies ... we're told they poured one shake into 2 cups (haha, 2 guys, 1 cup).
