The Miami-based dealers are suing the Keith Haring Foundation after it accused them of selling bogus Harings at an exhibit in March last year called "Haring Miami."
Days after the exhibit opened, the Haring Foundation sued the dealers, seeking to block the exhibit. The Foundation claimed the vast majority of the 80+ paintings in it were counterfeit.
The "Haring Miami" organizers subsequently pulled all but 8 pieces of art from the exhibit.
Now the dealers who supplied the artworks are pissed, insisting ALL of them are the genuine work of Keith Haring -- who passed away from AIDS in 1990 -- and they're worth between $500,000 and $1 million a piece.
They're suing for defamation, claiming the Foundation's lawsuit not only cost them more than $40 million in sales -- it destroyed their rep in the art world -- and they want payback.

The perv fan who groped "Modern Family" star Sarah Hyland's chest in Australia this week has been charged with assault with an act of indecency, TMZ has learned.
The 29-year-old man was arrested Tuesday outside a "Modern Family" after-party in Sydney. Hyland was posing with fans when he allegedly grabbed her breast.
23-year-old Hyland immediately left the event in tears while her security handled the creep.
Hyland was remorseful about bailing on the event, saying, "I didn't get to say hi to but I had to leave due to an inappropriate touch of a fan."

Paul Walker got his dying wish -- at least one of them -- TMZ has learned, his dad is now officially the executor of his estate ... just like Paul requested in his will.
A judge approved Paul's request to make his dad executor this morning in Santa Barbara court.
The entire family was there -- Paul's mom and dad, his 15-year-old daughter Meadow, and Meadow's mother Rebecca Soteros. The issue of Meadow's guardianship was not raised in court.
As we reported, Paul specified in his will that he wanted his mother Cheryl to become Meadow's guardian in the event of his death. He made no mention of Rebecca.
Meadow's guardianship will be determined at a later hearing -- for now, she's living with grandma.

Bree Walker, a famous 80s news anchor and reporter ... was busted for DUI in Orange County, CA -- and her poor dog was also taken into custody ... TMZ has learned.
Anaheim police arrested Walker around 12:30 AM Wednesday after she was initially pulled over for running a red light.
Police smelled booze ... put her through a field sobriety test -- which she failed -- and 61-year-old Walker was taken to jail.
Law enforcement sources tell us Walker's pitbull Petey was in the car with her, but since she lives in L.A. County ... no one was available to pickup the dog. We're told animal control took custody of Petey.
Walker was booked for misdemeanor DUI, and released a few hours later ... aka once she sobered up.
Unclear at this point if she was able to pick up Petey yet.
Walker worked local news in New York, L.A., and San Diego -- and did a stint in rehab for booze a few years ago.
Born with a congenital condition called syndactylism -- a fusing of fingers and/or toes -- Walker became an advocate for the disabled.

Emo king Conor Oberst from the band Bright Eyes insists he NEVER raped a 16-year-old girl back in 2003 -- despite the girl's public claims -- and now he's suing her for more than a million bucks.
Conor just filed a defamation lawsuit against Joanie Faircloth, who claimed the rock star raped her ten years ago after one of his New York shows.
Faircloth made the allegations in December in the comments section of the website xojane.com -- claiming Conor came on to her backstage after the 2003 concert and later forced himself on her ... after she made it clear to him that she was a virgin and wanted to stay that way.
Joanie wrote, "Conor took a lot from me including my virginity, my dignity, and self-esteem."
But Conor insists the encounter is made up -- in fact, Conor says he never even met her.
Conor claims Joanie's just an embittered superfan, who gushed about him and Bright Eyes as recently as January 2013 -- writing about how the last time she saw Conor in concert is her best memory ever. She even listed "Bright Eyes" as her favorite band on Facebook.
Conor says her lies have damaged his reputation.
