10-Year-Old Skate Phenom Asher Bradshaw -- BASHES HEAD IN SKATE COLLISION ... Continues to Ride

EXCLUSIVE

062214_asher_bradshaw_launch Frightening moment for 10-year-old skateboard phenom Asher Bradshaw this weekend -- when the prodigy collided with another boarder at a competition in Venice -- and smacked his head into a wall, HARD.

TMZ Sports was rollin' when Bradshaw -- who became famous for being the youngest skater to pull off a 900 earlier this year -- entered the bowl, smashed into another competitor and went wildly spinning into the air.

In a terrifying moment, Bradshaw was whipped into one of the side ramps -- head first -- with his helmet smacking the wall so hard, you could hear the crack over the crowd noise.

After the collision, Bradshaw came up holding his wrist in pain -- and complained about pain in his fingers and around his spine -- but CONTINUED TO RIDE in the competition.

We're told Bradshaw was NOT hospitalized -- just iced down his injuries ... and fortunately, seems to be OK.
