Chris Brown just arrived at court ... where the D.A. is waiting to make its case to the judge ... CHRIS BELONGS IN JAIL following his most recent anger outburst in rehab.
As we reported, Chris flew off the handle earlier this month while in rehab for his anger issues -- throwing objects around and breaking them -- and the rehab facility demanded he leave ... which is why CB bailed early on the program.
The outburst occurred not long after Brown was arrested for felony assault in Washington D.C. after the singer allegedly attacked a man outside a hotel.
As a result of both incidents -- the rehab rage and the D.C. arrest -- we've learned the L.A. County D.A. will now argue Chris has violated his probation in the Rihanna beating case ... and belongs in jail ... as early as TODAY.

CeeLo -- Prosecutors Hint They'll Expose His Escapades
As we reported, CeeLo's attorney Blair Berk has objected to the presence of cameras in the courtroom because she feels they unfairly put the singer in the spotlight ... portraying him as a defendant under an interrogation lamp ... which compromises the "innocent until proven guilty" standard.
CeeLo looked optimistic on his way into the courthouse today, though ... and was pretty talkative too.

George Zimmerman's GF Samantha Scheibe -- Forced Undercover with Armed Protection
George Zimmerman will have to go through a gun-toting detective if he dares to go near his girlfriend -- who had an armed escort the day after Zimmerman allegedly pulled a shotgun on her.
We got our first look at Samantha Schiebe Thursday as she was leaving her Florida home Thursday .. under the detective's watchful eye.
Zimmerman was released from jail yesterday -- and ordered to stay 1,500 feet away from Schiebe at all times.
More importantly he was forced to turn over all his firearms ... including the shotgun Scheibe claims he put in her face during a violent argument.
During the fight, Zimmerman called 911 and claimed Schiebe is pregnant with his baby.
No obvious signs of pregnancy in the pic, but Schiebe is clearly using protection now.
