... We're Bear-y Mad

Seth MacFarlane screwed a talking bottle opener company by hawking a rip-off version to promote "Ted" ... this according to the inventor of the talking bottle opener -- and to make things right, he's looking for lots of dough.

The creator says he's been selling talking bottle openers for years -- over 10 million units worldwide to date -- and licensed the concept to several companies ... including Twentieth Century Fox, who made "Family Guy" talking openers in 2006.

According to the suit ... a special edition "Ted" DVD was released in 2012 with a talking bottle opener which he says copies his openers -- and because of the "Family Guy" product he made, the creator believes Seth intentionally jacked him.

The guy wants ALL the money made off of the product -- plus, NINE TIMES the damages.

Someone's gonna need a thunder buddy.

Ed Sheeran -- Album of the Year Leads to Night of His Life (PHOTOS)

Ed Sheeran celebrated his Album of the Year win at the BRIT Awards by drinking ALL OF THE ALCOHOL IN LONDON ... or so it seems based on these crazy pics of his night.

Sheeran was spotted all over town Wednesday night -- first hitting up an after-party at Freemasons' Hall and then venturing to The Box Nightclub with Sam Smith.

They reportedly stayed out until 6 AM -- which is obvious from the look on Ed's face at the end of this gallery.

After winning his first award of the night, Sheeran told the show's hosts, "I've got to perform and then I'll drink. Don't film me later."

No film ... but these pics are awesome.

Bobbi Kristina -- No Signs of Improvement ... Still in a Coma

Bobbi Kristina is not getting better. She is still unresponsive, in a coma, and showing no signs of getting better.

Family sources tell TMZ ... stories that Bobbi Kristina is being taken out of her coma are not accurate. We're told the only change in treatment is that doctors tried weaning her off certain meds to see if she might react but nothing happened. She's in the same condition she's been in for weeks.

Our sources say there have been signs of organ deterioration but she's still basically in the same, unresponsive condition she's been in since a few days after the accident.

As for the tracheotomy, we're told doctors performed the procedure not because she was getting better, but because it's standard operating procedure when a patient might linger in a comatose state for a long period of time.

Our sources say it's possible Bobbi Kristina could hang on for a long period of time in the same state, despite signs of organ failure . It's ultimately up to Bobby Brown to decide how long she'll live in that state.

Paris Hilton -- Obsessed Fan Gets Crazy with Classic Caddy

Paris Hilton has an obsessed fan who seems to be as loaded as he is angry, because he bought her an amazing classic Cadillac, and when she refused it someone mysteriously trashed the whip.

The guy -- whose first name is Johnny -- delivered the Caddy to Paris' Bev Hills gated community on Oscar Sunday. We're told the guard at the front gate called Paris and described Johnny and Paris said she was calling the cops because he's been harassing her for years.

The car sat on the street for 2 days, and on Tuesday someone bashed in all the windows. Paris is convinced Johnny's the culprit because she wouldn't accept the gift, complete with flowers in the backseat.

Law enforcement sources say they've been on Johnny for a long time. He once flew a plane over the Hilton's Malibu compound with 2 signs, one of which read, "Can't Get Paris Whitney Hilton Out of My Mind." The other read, "Mr. & Mrs. Hilton, may I court your daughter Paris?"

Johnny also once sent Paris a really expensive wedding dress in the mail with a card that read, "Will you marry me."

As for the Caddy, it's still sitting on the street because it's legally parked and registered to Johnny.
