Fancy NYC restaurant Philippe Chow finally apologized to Mavado for allegedly treating him like crap last weekend -- and says it's got photo evidence black people love to eat there.
The dancehall reggae star doesn't seem swayed by PC's Instagram feed -- but we checked it out, and it is pretty blacktastic.
