The guy who got sucker punched by one of Lil Wayne 's bodyguards last week has a future in law ... because after getting decked he almost immediately laid the groundwork for a lawsuit.
TMZ obtained the 911 call which he made 10 minutes after the brutal assault. We broke the story, the victim went to Wayne's Fort Lauderdale concert last month, which started more than 3 1/2 hours late. He was angry and held up a phone banner that read "F*** Weezy." Wayne pointed the guy out to his hired muscle, who went down and sucker punched the guy ... twice.
The victim is very persistent with the 911 dispatcher, explaining he needed to memorialize what happened immediately, for solid legal reasons.
We smell a lawsuit, and the bodyguard's gonna have company.
