Former "Heroes" actress Brea Grant channeled her super sonic character to evade the man who chased her down a street ... and a court has just granted her a restraining order.

According to the docs ... Grant -- who played the speedy Daphne Millbrook -- got a judge to slap a restraining order on the complete stranger she claims tried to barge his way into the home she shares with boyfriend Kevin Pereira and screamed he loved her on the front lawn.

Grant says she even called the cops twice on the guy back in November after he chased her to her car and down a city street.

The man is ordered to stay 100 yards away from both Grant and Pereira

He better learn fast.
