Samuels told our photog Sunday night ... his little Twitter fight with Minaj over the weekend was no big deal and that he will always have love for her.

But Samuels said the break-up has been particularly hard on him since Nicki is so famous ... saying he can't turn on the TV or the radio without hearing her voice.
