Forget the Oscars, Scarlett Johansson has an even bigger award on the way ... she's preggers.
Sources close to the Scarlett and fiance Romain Dauriac tell TMZ, the "Her" actress is expecting their first baby -- she's roughly 5 months pregnant.
The 29-year old Johansson got engaged to Dauriac -- a French journalist -- last September, but Johansson's in no rush to get married.
You'll recall, Johansson was previously married to Ryan Reynolds ... they got divorced in 2011 after about 3 years of wedlock.
