Joe Francis blew off a court date for his alleged attack at "Girls Gone Wild" headquarters, and now a judge has issued a warrant for his arrest.

TMZ broke the story ... Joe got busted back in May after scrapping with a security guard and a 'GGW' employee at this old office. He was also hauled in for violating a restraining order that required him to stay away from the building.

Joe was a no-show for a scheduled hearing on Thursday ... so, now he's a wanted man.

He's facing multiple misdemeanor charges, including ... 1 count of criminal threats, 2 counts trespassing, 1 count of battery, and 3 counts disobeying a court order.

After his arrest in May, Joe claimed the restraining order was no longer active ... and said the new owner of 'GGW' had a business vendetta against him.
