Lil Za is due back in court today to face both felony drug and vandalism charges stemming from his January arrest inside Justin Bieber's house -- and we're streaming LIVE.
TMZ broke the story ... the felony vandalism charge -- which he got slapped with after breaking a jail phone -- is expected to be reduced to a misdemeanor .
As for the drug charge ... we're told Za will plead guilty, but after completing a drug ed course and keeping his nose clean for a year ... the charge will be erased from his record.
The hearing could begin at any moment, so keep watching.
